The owner is a great guy. His parking lot was full and the board was overbooked. He still squeezed in my truck for a wiring harness. His staff friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services.

Was told to take my car here by 3 different people, & that was probably one of the best decisions I have made all year. Great communication skills from all the workers here, they always answer the phone, extremely honest & won’t bs you or try to sell you extra jobs, & they actually CARE! Would highly recommend to everyone I know :))

Some of the nicest guys I've ever worked with. Reliable and honest.
They always took care of my car, and i'm grateful for that.
I would say be patient, they're very busy, so expect a wait of a few days if you drop off the car.

I've taken multiple vehicles to Bucholtz, and Mark and his team are over and above. Great mechanics, and even better people. I trust my daily drivers, and classic with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

This shop saved our family trip! We've been driving to visit family in New Hampshire from Minnesota and noticed some transmission fluid leaking. Decided that we would delay and try to get it fixed after we found out and braced for a big delay on our trip. They got us in right away on a Friday and had us back on the road in less than two hours and the shop rate was incredibly reasonable. If I lived locally I would take my vehicles in regularly. Can't say enough good things about the guys at Bucholtz.

Took vehicle there in 2021 for clutch. Vehicle sat over a month!!! NO keeping in touch with me or updates. When I called I got the run around. Clutch was replaced. Drove a week the engine light came on. Took back, they cleared light. To date I have put 13k miles on vehicle. Clutch went!! (Should to get at LEAST 30k miles especially if experienced driver so was and AM upset.) Called and asked whomever I spoke with what the warranty was (12/12k), what exactly they replaced, could they look in their computer. Couldn't be bother attitude, did not look up, yet stated "All we did was the cluch".
And they know that how? I wondered. I didn't give my specifics on vehicle and don't think the man who answered took note of my name.
Had clutch replaced now by another outfit with LIFETIME WARRANTY of PART. They also had to do MASTER CYLINDER. (Obviously labor you have to pay which is customary to any shop.)
Unreal!!! Rude and uncooperative when asked questions.
My new clutch (2nd now) from another transmission place is tight. I noticed that right away compared to how the clutch felt when installed by Buckholtz. What a difference. And no engine light!!!

This place is the real deal! Everyone who works here is super cool… the owner is awesome… and their work is solid! Will def be recommending to anyone needing transmission work. They’re crazy busy (which is a testament to their great work IMO) so be ready to wait… but I promise you, they are 100% worth the wait! Love these guys 😊
