“I was in Carpet Collection in Lockport NY at the same time as Jared (a recent negative reviewer) and I personally witnessed the conversation between Jared and Ben. I can tell you that Jared’s review is totally false. Jared wanted to return specially ordered flooring that his client special ordered from Carpet Collection. Ben told Jared that returns can be made on stock products but unfortunately returns cannot be made on specially ordered products. Ben told Jared that the company in Georgia wouldn’t accept a return on a special order, but Jared still asked Ben to take it back and return his customers money as he was just a contractor on the project. Ben said he couldn’t do that but he’d be happy to meet him at the job site and see if he could offer any installation solutions. Jared then left . My wife and I have been dealing with Carpet Collection for 42 years for carpet in our homes and apartment houses and we’ve always had great service as I did again this day.”

Update- I wasn’t happy when I got the carpet home. Nothing serious, but the carpet was covered in stuff from being bound, they didn’t even brush it off. They also included the scraps they cut off, so now I have to throw it out. The rug looks good, I did have to trim some strings off. Attention to detail matters.”
