Needed a new phone after mine died and ended up at this location. The person working who said he was the manager pulled me aside and in a whispered tone told me he could sell me a newer model for cheaper, and that he had several in his car.
I obviously was not interested in purchasing stolen or broken property so I declined. I should have left at the point, but I did not.
As we finally got to the point of paying, the total was nearly 150$ more than it should have been. So I asked why the price seemed so far off.
The “manager” told me it was because it included the case, stylus, screen protector, charging block, etc. I didn’t need any of this but he tried to convince me it was necessary.
I can only imagine how many older people, less tech inclined people, or those not assertive enough to call out some jerk trying to rip them off.
Don’t bother with your response telling me to contact someone on Twitter or Facebook, not interested.

This store ripped me off they charged me 139.00 just to get my old number back. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYBODY GO TO A CORP. STORE. THE CORP. STORE SAID THEY WOULD NOT HAVE CHARGED ME JUST TO CHANGE MY NUMBER!!!

Thieves. Bought a new phone and they told me I HAD to go with the highest plan and call a couple of days later to downgrade. Went to another store and they told me that I don’t have to go with the highest plan AT ALL. What a shame!
