Extremely rude cashier. I called to ask if a specific toy was in stock, but she cut me off mid-sentence and hung up. I still went to the store since it’s the closest Dollar General to my house and didn’t find the toy. Total waste of time that could’ve been avoided if she had answered my question over the phone. Morning shift, Monday, January 12, 2025

Visited store on Mother's Day and waited in line for several minutes while cashier patiently assisted an elder lady at checkout. Remembered I needed something and went to get it, came back and bald bearded guy was ringing up older blond lady. Elderly woman was still not done with her things. Wondered where did he come from and if he saw me on the camera and chose not to ring me up. Anyway, he had no choice but to check me out, too. Read the reviews before posting and racism was mentioned about this location. This can not be a coincidence. Don't go out my way looking for injustice but when it seems like it's happening, you get a sad reality check that you are different and treated as such sometimes. Maybe that wasn't the case hopefully, but deep down inside, almost know it was unfortunately.

Guy with a beard and country hat working poorly bagged my milk and sure enough the bag ripped open and the milk spilt everywhere in the parking lot and some on me, and when I asked for a new one was a complete jerk about it acting like it was my fault. This guy should be fired and kept away from people!

Ever since corporate fired all the old employees, or they quit due to issues with corporate. Within the past four months The store has gone completely downhill. All the new employees they hired are racist. This is the third to 4th time I’ve went into the store, and I’ve been followed or they’re telling me I have to leave my small book bag purse at the counter mind you there was three people in the store with actual book bags on walking around. And today I paid with cash and the guy was inspecting it like it was monopoly money. I saw the lady in front of me, pay and no inspection from them (she was white)

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store. Some of the items on the shelf were not priced properly so I told the woman at the front and she didn’t seem to even want to listen or care. Instead she just kept saying people move things around. I told her I know that but that this was a whole section that was priced wrong. I was simply making her aware so she can take a look at it and fix it so no one else gets confused. Instead of apologizing for the mishndeysbw told me she hopes she never sees me again. When I called to complain she answered claiming to be the manager and then didn’t let me speak and hung up in my face. She wouldn’t even give me her name. She claims to be the manager but was too lazy to leave the register and check the prices on the shelf, which were marked incorrectly. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and I have never felt so degraded. Avoid this place at all costs!

This place is way better than all the sketchy scamming gas stations around here this dollar general was pretty good, and had a good experience with the employee there would recommend this place to grab snacks instead of the gas stations around they also have a seasonal isle for pool items and water toys

They refuse to open the store at 8am like the door and website says , they have me and 6 others waiting in the parking lot , they came out and said we have to wait until their lights cut on. 6 people left!! You guys are losing customers due to employees not wanting to work !

The order i placed online for store pickup shows fulfilled and i for sure never got it. There is no way to contact corporate on the phone. I just end up getting hung up on when i call corporate and the store where i was supposed to pick it up wouldn't answer the phone. Now i have to watch all my credit card bills to see if they are on them.

This is my go-to store for the basics like milk, orange juice, medicine (allergy or headache) and the like. Obviously they don't have the selection of Wegman's or Tops, but that's not what this type of store is designed to provide. I also get cheap cleaning stuff here. No need to spend more than a dollar or two for bleach. They also stay open until 10pm.
