I don't do 5 stars unless I really think people should try a place and staff was all polite very informative after car accident I was stressed and these people were great but since you need car problems or crash to do business there I don't want you to end up there BUT if you do crash or what ever this is a good place to end up,serious they were helpful with all my stressed and worried anxiety over what to do with car was easy to decide no stress from them was very helpful,thx Gerber...

I must say that Gerber Collision and Glass redeemed themselves when they called me to make amends regarding my car's repairs. They offered to either have Geico pay for the window motor or pay for it from their pocket. I was not expecting that at all after my last review. I took my car to their shop and they installed the window motor and my car is as good as new. Gerber manager Paul worked with me and my car repairs were pretty smooth.Thank Paul and thank you, Gerber.

I got intro an accident about 2 months ago. I called the other persons insurance, luckily they took fault, and told me to take it here and i could get a repair time quote. It was Geico BTW. And because i was dropping it off on a Saturday they assured me i would get a quote when i dropped it off. I got there, turns out the guy supposed to do the quote doesn't work on the weekends! Then the repair shop told me that it would take 3 days from monday. That's a lie considering that the auto industry has issues with supply still. So i get a call Monday, saying that it would be repaired by the following Saturday. Great! Then I'm told on Thursday, just waiting for the paint to dry, and should be ready by Saturday, just wait for a confirmation call. Then they ghost me! I finally reach someone Tuesday, who tells me they haven't painted it yet. I get another call Thursday, saying it's ready for Saturday. Then a call Friday, saying it's cleaned and ready. And another call Saturday morning. I get there and one of the strips running along the roof is just gone. When i ask why i wasnt told they further DAMAGED my car, i get blank stares. I took the car, with a promise to repair, since i didn't trust leaving my car there until the part came in, which they assured me would be Monday. They again ghost and ignore me until someone calls me back on the following FRIDAY, a full 6 days later, to bring it in. But because of their time wasting i wasn't able to until Monday, yesterday. Finally got it repaired, and i left. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!

I would advise against going to this location, they were pretty bad. First after I got the quote and agreed to bring my car there, they said they would call me when the parts came in. About 3 weeks later they called me and told me to bring my car in. I dropped my car off and a few hours later they called me and told me I had to pick it up because they didn’t have the parts to do the work. So why would they call me and tell me the part was in when it wasn’t ? After speaking with the manager on the phone, he made a bunch of excuses and acted like it was completely normal to call someone to come in and drop their car off when they didn’t have the parts. After that a month later they called and told me the part came in. Once they completed the job, I noticed in the parking lot that the back doors wouldn’t open. So they took the car back in and fixed the doors, and when they brought me my car back, they told me they mistakenly scratched my car. So now, I had to bring my car back for a Third time to fix a scratch that they caused. At this point I spoke with a regional manger on the phone and he told me he would reimburse me a part of my deductible for all the trouble they caused. I have yet to see a dime of that reimbursement and he never contacted me again. Avoid this location at all costs.

Terrible experience. Told me my vehicle would be ready by a certain date (a month after dropping off). Not only was it not ready, I found out that they had not even drafted an estimate yet, and work had not begun. Very disappointed in their customer service. Will not go back.Update:After speaking about my experience with a manager at this location, I feel my concerns were addressed and would feel comfortable going here should the need arise in the future. They listened to what I had to say and responded appropriately. Good customer service.

Stopped by for an estimate and the woman at the desk wouldn't talk to me without an appointment. I wasted my time going there once. I'm not going back again.

Michelle (damage assessor) and Lucy (Reception at Gerber) and the technician who worked on my car were amazing! I was kept informed by text or phone call every step of the way from the minute I walked in the door until the repair was completed. The service and quality of work is unparalleled in my opinion. The communication between my insurance carrier (Safeco through The Evans Agency) Gerber and Enterprise Car Rental (Cameron) was quick and seamless...I am so happy and grateful for the outcome of this experience.

They did great job on my car. They were very helpful keeping me updated with every part of the process. They took care of everything with insurance company. In this day and age bad service they did a great job. None of those excuses company use for bad service. I highly recommend them.

After first having a repair that was very subpar including missing and misaligned parts, I was extremely unhappy with my repairs. However after contacting them regarding these problems, they were very responsive to the problems and after returning my truck to fix all the problems I can truly say that the final product was fixed to perfection. My accident happened on 2/3/2022 it’s currently 3/8/2022 they still haven’t completed the job. They said it was because parts they got in were damaged which is fine but wouldn’t u think they’d try and have those parts delivered w overnight delivery? I waited patiently because they said it was supposed to be done on the 3/4/22 but it’s almost a week later and I’m still waiting. The excuse that Covid is holding up deliveries is getting very old since most companies are back to business as usual.Service: Body & Trim

I've just RETURNED my car to Gerber for them to fix my car properly after they were unsuccessful the first time. ALSO, they are now LOOKING INTO fixing parts of my car that WERE NOT broken when I initially brought my car in, but ended up broken when my car was returned to me. This would have been result of sloppy work and, according to Todd, messing with parts unrelated to the invoiced work. I brought my car here to be fixed, not half fixed and broken in different ways. If this location won't take accountability for mistreatment of my vehicle, Gerber as a company needs to. Todd still seems like he's trying to help me, but is not committing yet to fixing the new problems that only happened after my car was in their care. Jen still has zero customer service skills at 9am. I can change my reviews and opinion accordingly if this gets resolved, but as of right now I am not recommending this garage to friends/family.

If you're going to use this shop please be aware that if you have a deductible and the damage isn't that great and you have to pay they will pay your bill up to almost $100 of your deductible and tell you you should be glad. My deductible was 1,000 they tell me the damage was 900 they told me the car had a dent that the bumper had to be pulled in order for them to straighten the dent and paint the scratches. I checked the car two three other collision shops including one other goober and they all told me there was no dent in the bumper whatsoever that the bumper could be painted by roughing it up taping off the scratches and painting the car not even the other goober gave me an estimate over $500. Please get a second even a third opinion but don't trust their opinion.
