Tried calling to see if they are open. Online it says OPEN (hours may differ). Arrive to find out they aren't open. Also every single location ATM is not working. GET IT TOGETHER KEY. STOCK IT UP BEFORE THE HOLIDAY YOU HAVE CUSTOMERS THAT PAY BILLS.

Had an account for 3 weeks. Never got a bank card. My account was closed without notice, and they took my remaining $300. I am unable to buy groceries this month because of them.

Been a loyal customer for years. Seen tellers come and go. All of them were always real nice to me. I consulted with Ellen the manager several times. She gets right in to my question and get the information I need right away.The overall service is as good as I can expect anywhere.

Has anyone had an issue with this bank or any key bank punching a hole through the drivers license? Went to this Key Bank gave the woman my license and got it back with a hole punch. Explained when I called them back that I've been a CDL driver with CDL license. for 20 years. Trust me CDL drivers monitor their licenses regularly. Not to mention drove through the teller window first before it went to the bank so two different tellers would have handled my license. Not cool. The license is basically damaged now.

I've only used the drive thru atm, so I can't really give much of a review on this bank. I can say, it's always busy & one time I accidentally left my card in the ATM & I called the bank 2 days later when I noticed it was gone & the woman who answered was very nice, pleasant to talk to & issuesd me a new card ASAP !!! It came within a week. So, customer service is great !!

I've only ever had two issues with this bank. Turning out of it can sometimes be a pain, pending on the time of day. It's clean, the service is fast, the tellers are very nice, and I've never had an issue with the drive-thru banking. Besides pulling out into traffic, the only other issue is their ATM. It's not covered, so if it's raining, you do end up getting wet and having water end up in your car. But also, and I normally have this problem with most ATM's, if you have short arms, you have to practically throw yourself up against your car OR roll down your window, take off your seatbelt, open the door and then stretch as far as you can. The only reason I'm uncomfortable with this is, if it's late at night, I want to feel safe, and I can't do that if I have my door open, while I'm taking out money.

Came here to cash my check and to take money out my account. The tellers were fast, and at first nice. But when my teller needed an override for the large amount I was requesting. The lady who came over to assist ; Made me feel like I wasn't worthy. She looked at my check twice as if she's couldn't believe it. Then the teller had to tell her twice, That I did in fact have the money available in my account. After the lady finished and left, the teller became standoffish and short. I finished my transaction and left . When I got in my van I cried. I don't know what I did to be treated like that. Over all it's a nice location and Very fast bank. But I guess this just teaches me, to stay in my community. Because other communities may not be too welcoming.
