My daughter had a flat so we took her Jeep to Mavis. We wanted to make sure we got a patch not a plug. Staff was VERY helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant! The timing must have been perfect because we got in right away and so glad they were open on a Sunday! Would definitely go back for this staff.

I payed 1,000 for repairs and an inspecton. There manager Carlos told me he would personally make sure that that he fixed everything in a timely manner in order to avoid a fix it ticket I received. The next day I got a phone call saying my car was all set but they couldn't do the inspection because Carlos called off!!

Stop!!! Read carefully, I spoke with the Mavis tech let him know what was going on with my vehicle. My tire needed repairs. And there was also a clicking sound when you took a sharp right turn. There manager Carlos calls me with a quote for 2,500 saying that will fix everything on my vehicle. I pay, and pick up my vehicle on day later. The first sharp right turn I make you can here the same loud clicking sound. I park my car knowing I will drop it back off in the morning before work. 7am rolls around the tire they repaired is completely flat. So I miss work, manage to get my vehicle in again for the second time. The same serpent greats me. Carlos the manager of this branch...... He re assures me he will personally take care of everything including a fix it ticket I received. He put my mind at ease, re assuring he would fix everything free of charge... The next day I get a call saying they aren't able to fix everything, I asked to speak with Carlos immediately!! The kid on the phone laughs, and replies he called in today!!! Then I go in, I had to almost fight the tech at the front desk for a regional managers phone number. If you get your vehicle serviced here just have your lawyer or the law ready. Cause your dealing with criminals!!!!!!!

These guys are amazing got a flat just now omw to work and I stopped in the guy got me the best possible price he could and got me back on my way to work with in 20 minutes! I'll definitely be going back to these guys!
