I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Samiya (sorry for the misspelling). She patiently listened to my concerns and diligently worked on resolving my issue as if it were her own. Her dedication and attention to detail were truly commendable, and I left feeling thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. I had a great experience today at the Metro by Tmobile store, Annie was very helpful and patient because it took a long time for the whole process to transfer my phone from another phone company.I appreciate her help and her for being professional and always has a smile and being nice to me while also doing her job. Annie!! This girl helped me this week with my cell phone replacement. I was going through so much this week. She made the process so smooth , helped me to put in the claim and walked me through it all. Cell phone came the next day. She was super awesome!!! Excellent customer service.
