The lady that handled me was great. The other blond woman working the drive through allowed for skipping. It was already taking a while as is, everyone's time is valuable.

Long story short I needed extensive paper work for a pending civil case (fast). I worked with a gentleman by the name of Chase he went above and beyond and itemized my paper work for me. Highly recommend.

My name is Bill. I have 3 businesses in Tonawanda. I have been into several of the M&T branches and will not go into any other branch besides this one. I walk in and they know me by name!! Any time I have ever had a problem with my account I ask for Greg and he handles everything right away and professionally. The tellers are on a first name basis with me. I recommend that if you want great customer service and friendly faces, walk into this bank.
