“I recently purchased paint from Sherwin Williams paint store in Lancaster,NY. The service was fine, however the quality of paint , for the price I paid was extremely disappointing. I purchased their top brand “Emerald” priced at $108 per gallon. If you enjoy painting, you’ll love this paint. The quality of coverage is so poor, you’ll have to paint the room twice. I only like applying one smooth even coat and be done. I have used Sherwin-Williams many,many times through the years and todays paint is nowhere near their past standards. Something has changed and not for the better.”

I had been trying to find a paint color for my kitchen for weeks and had looked at far too many swatches and nothing seemed to look good, all the swatches looked very yellow when viewed in my kitchen. I went to this store and I left with specific swatches that the salesman picked out for me. I had brought samples of backsplash and counter and with his help I have now finally made a decision. He really knows his paints and how they reflect color. I learned a thing or two of which I'm very appreciative.”

“Seriously guys, if you live near the city and you have any sort of painting project going on this will be your favorite spot! They have hundreds of paint colors to choose from and can color match just about any brand to theirs. The employees were even more helpful than I could have imagined, sitting down with me at their inspiration station to go over every color, sheen and size of paint I needed and reviewing it with me afterwords. They got all the paint cans and carried them back to mix and loaded them in my car without me having to lift a finger. They worked with me and the coupons I had to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible which was a relief not to have to haggle with them to use my coupons. I had a great experience overall.”
