Great community resource. The lady I spoke to today was knowledgeable about each product and the organizations involved in seeking their products. I found some gems for good prices and picked up a very tasty dinner for the evening as well. I can't wait to go back and also watch this project grow!
Project Vegan 716 runs The Vegan Center, which includes a resource center, meeting/event space, office space, and an exclusively vegan commercial kitchen that is available to rent 24/7. Project Vegan 716 organizes events, including vegan pop-up markets, workshops, cooking classes, speaking engagements, and social events. The owner gives presentations on vegan-related topics, including health, diet, the environment, and transitioning to a vegan lifestyle. The owner is a Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator and holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell. While all events and activities at The Vegan Center are vegan-friendly, the Center is open to the public. Asian Beauty Spa and Soul Renewal Healing are tenants.
