DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The rate you agree to at move in will double within three months, and can you afford to move out? I couldn’t. And they pressure you into autopay in the hopes you don’t notice. It’s a scam and it sucks.

Very happy with this location. Used the storage space to summer store for college students at UB from May-Sept. Clean, accessible, and the management (Especially Mike) have been very helpful throughout.

Best staff ever! Mike was not only able to help me retrieve my gate password, but he helped me to update and optimize my account, costing less money per month. The facilities are excellent, with different size units to choose from as well. I'd give more than five stars if I could.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT use unless you want to throw out all of your belongings because they’re covered in mold. Our unit was in a puddle and our stuff was wet and everything has mold. Orange mold, blue mold, black mold. Of course public storage is no help is remedying this situation. We threw out 95% of what was in the unit. ADDITIONALLY, our indoor, climate controlled unit had mold on our items so it was not just our outdoor unit

This place is a scam, signed up then 3 months later they increase the price out of no where by $50. Then they add hidden fees, customer service sucks. Trust me do not rent here, go somewhere that has a “fixed cost” so your rate won’t go up. Absolute awful experience

Upon entering the store, the employee was quite patient and friendly. As a result, the rental agreement procedure went smoothly without any misunderstandings. After all the paperwork, when I arrived at the storage rental it was quite clean and spacious. Opening it up and storing my possessions was successful as well. What stuck with me after leaving was the great customer service.

Nice facility, and very personable people there too. I feel the rate I'm getting is reasonable. 2nd month free was a nice pot sweetener!
The proximity to the highway was a major factor in my choosing them to be honest.
