Had a bad experience today with Manger (Sam) she refused to exchange my old coupon for a new one. Where i have done it so many times in the past.! Its called customer service.. Its Very sad How greedy this company is they make millions with peoples donations. But they wont exchange a coupon that you got from donating goods to them. Shame.!

Store was very organized, only saw 1 employee the entire time we were in there, pricing was pretty high, jeans were around $20, shoes $10, women's dressy shirts $8, kids clothes and shoes $5-10.

The store was organized and clean, with a large selection, mostly of pants. However, for being a thrift store, the items were a little pricey and some clothing items were overly soiled. Additionally, the environment was slightly loud. When people are sifting through the racks of clothes, the hangers make loud squeaky noises and the store is filled with the sounds of the metals scraping. Overall, I think this store has some decent items but you will need to take some time to find a good bargain.

Im a thrift Connoisseur. I used to love them. Greedy now. $$$. Expensive. Overpriced. No dressing rooms. 14 day return policy for clothes you can’t try on. You must cash yourself out (equipment isn’t user friendly at times) while three workers stand around to watch you like hawks. If you don’t ask for a senior discount they don’t give you one. You need to advocate for yourself for that. They hide good jewelry when its senior day because when I went to interview, they told me this is their policy. They have great items to buy, but you will pay $$$.

Overall, everything is bad. Smell in the store is horrible, no fitting rooms are available, prices...are so high, and finally, no returns. Instead of retern you can just take another junk. Looks like they forgot it's a thrift store!

Better to support local nonprofits where funds raised go to local initiatives. Savers is a for profit.

I'm the first person to admit I'm frugal (my husband says I'm cheap) I LOVE hunting for bargains! Church rummage sales, garage sales and thrift stores are my hang out spots. I get thrift stores have overhead costs but savers is out of their minds with the prices. So I went in looking for a bargain and left with none. I was so disappointed and disgusted. When their used prices are close to or more than what things cost new, there's no bargain. If you look at the pictures I included the plastic container is from the dollar tree! And what I'm more confused about is people are giving them good reviews. They're definitely not reasonable. On a good note, the store was clean

Great place overall, except they removed the fitting rooms. That takes joy out of looking, I'm not always going to want to buy products to drive all the way back home to try, to then drive all the way back.

So, lemme see if I've got this right: you can go to Savers to get a large variety of secondhand items that mainly originated from discount stores, as is the case with most thrift stores. And Savers is a spacious, well-organized thrift store, so I'll give it some presentation points. The problem is, as I see it, that you'll pay about the same for a seondhand wine glass that you get here as you would have paid had you just bought it from Marshalls in the first place. I'm all for keeping things out of the landfill when we can, but I'm not sure that buying used goods at new prices is really the way that I wanna do that. And then there's the media: the great joy of the thrifting, for me, anyway, is flipping through piles of old records from artists whom we've mainly lost interest in over time in search of that wonderful gem of kitsch or sentimental fondness or nostalgia, or maybe even you hit the jackpot and find a bona fide classic. And your reward for spending an hour on your knees on a linoleum floor that will never quite come clean again is that you find something fun to take home for 50 cents. Except not here, you don't: I brought a stack of ancient records up to the front and was told that "they're priced individually on the inside" and when the clerk started ringing them up, was stunned to see that they were $5-$7 apiece! Like, actual record stores charge less for yellowing jazz collections from the big-band era. So I said "no thank you" and left, almost certainly never to return. This is Buffalo, man, and you don't get to charge hipster rarity prices at thrift stores for things that are neither hip nor rare.

Well laid out. Very pricy tho unless you shop the discounted color. Not used to the no bags for your purchases. It would seem to be a good idea to maybe sell some paper or reusable bags.

I've never been a huge fan of Savers. It's usually my last resort thrift store, but I was really looking for something, so I thought I'd give it another try. The bathrooms here were nauseating, so disgusting.
