Had an unpleasant experience. I ordered scrubs online, didn’t fit. Asked if I could return them and got passive aggressive. Definitely letting corporate know. Never shopping here again.

Tracy was so helpful and kind! She helped me find the perfect scrub outfit and also assisted with ordering some online. She went above and beyond by providing me with different styles to try on until I found the brand and style I liked. Thank you Tracy!

My first time getting scrubs at this place (or any place there is, since I always got my scrubs online). Melanie was very patient, helpful and accommodating throughout my search for the perfect scrubs! I got the store brand and it’s buttery soft! 10/10 would recommend this place and their scrubs!

Purchased from this store twice. And both times, I didn’t feel welcome. Personnel was passive aggressive and rude towards me. Will never purchase at this location again.

I went on a Saturday, the customer service was polite and helpful. The fitting rooms were open and clean. The selection was very organized, many styles and brands, had many color options to choose from. Many sizing options were available in store- plus sizing, petite and tall, and men’s. Only negative I could find is the lack of patterns options in tops, they had some but not much..

I have ordered scrub tops and jackets with embroidery for my medical weight loss company, The Diet Center, multiple times from Scrubs & Beyond over the last couple years. I usually deal with Tracy and she is always very jovial and helpful and my staff looks great.

I do not recommend this company based on the return/exchange policy. I received poor customer service trying to exchange a pair of shoes that didn't fit. An online apparel business must have better exchange policies. People cannot be guaranteed something will fit without being able to try on first...Especially footwear. I was told of the exchange policy, and I adhered to it. The company did not. I prefer to purchase from companies that honor their policies and give proper customer service...Even if it means paying a few dollars more.
