Happily switched to TLC on the recommendation of breeder. Great service & expedient delivery. Have been on this food for 2 months now. Dog is always eager to eat—but he is not discerning when it comes to food. His skin, coat, stools, & demeanour are all on point. Highly recommend!!

We got this food for our adult dog as our puppy was on it. Our dog had severe allergies from it. As shipping is expensive we called to check if they will pay for shipping the food back, they threw the policy at us and refused. They lost business for our puppy too. My pet is suffering due to severe allergies now and we also have to deal with vet bills. It is sad to see a pet food business does not stand by their product.

Very good quality dog food and treats!!My two dogs have done very well. My 16 year old dog still runs up the stairs.

This was Recommended Is dog food by our breeder, The 1st 8 ish months Our first dog loved the dog food and then she started turning her nose to it, Our second dog really wasn't a fan of it at all in the first two or three months we had him, so we had to put them both on another food. They way it was made was obviously changed, even if it was a small change, dogs , always listen to your dogs! It really is a great dog food, but I feel when they joined with the US, EVERYTHING all went down hill from there. Deliveries were damaged including the bag(s) in the box, which before they were happy to replace. Our last delivery was said to be delivered on a Wed' when i was on my last day of holidays, it ended up almost the same distance by Hudson Bay to where it was supposed to be delivered in MB, so it finally got delivered 2 days later, I was back at work from holidays, and because I didn't get home from work till late, my delivery was not on my steps. Needless to say I was upset and so disappointed. They, of course blamed FedEx and took no responsibility, and refused to send out another order. So we lost that 67 plus dollars, not them. Their policy isn't that of the customer anymore but their own pockets. It may be a great dog food and biscuits, but their customer service for customers has completely gone down hill since and the US to their business. We can't really on them to protect us as customers anymore, because porch pirates (theft) is not cared about anymore by TLC. EVEN speaking with them on the phone, their care is no longer there anymore either.

We got our Bernadoodle, Buck, from a reputable breeder who only feeds her dogs and puppies TLC. We decided to go with “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” rule and keep Buck on TLC puppy food. He transitioned seamlessly to the adult formula and has never had gastrointestinal issues. Wonderful product!!

I know, heard and met some the Staff at TLC Pet Food. I know they sell the highest quality and Healthy foods for Pets at incredible decent prices. I also heard that they are the best place to have a career. I met some of there personnel and they were very welcoming and pleasant to talk too. They are all pet lovers. I would like to work for the company. If they ever had an opening. But, I heard this job is very hard to come by. When people are offered a job they stay. Just because of the job atmosphere. If I could, I would give them 10 stars.

This is a fantastic company. Quality dog food and service is top notch. We have two dogs and both eat TLC. They are both incredibly healthy. We have been feeding our labs TLC for almost nine years and I have only ever have one issue with delivery at no fault of theirs. I called and had food in less than 48 hours. Cannot say enough about this brand. Thank you!

I wish I found this company sooner! My dog loves the food and surprisingly, he loves the biscuits. I have never found a biscuit treat thatmy dog likes, he's always been a real meat or fake meat kind of treat lover (like bullies and beggin strips). The delivery is fast - I'm in Toronto, On and I never have to wait more than a week for my order.. plus it's free delivery. Can't beat that. I don't have a car so this really helps me out. The ingredients are healthy and like I said, my dog loves the food. I will be a forever returning customer.

Been using TLC since our breed recommended them for 2 years now. Never once has a shipment been late or their food been of low quality!! Their fantastic customer service is also great, they helped me setup auto and now I don’t really have to worry about running out of dog food!!

I have been trying for two days to call them regarding my order and their website is down and their phone system is not working it continues to hang up on me after pressing 240 for orders line and they continue to have incorrect order information on my account. I have emailed asking for a "LIVE PERSON" to return my call and 2 days and still no call!

We have been using TLC since our breeder recommended it 2 years ago when we brought our puppy home. The free delivery even in Canada on our autoship has been awesome, always on time and if I need to add or subtract from the order a quick email is all that’s needed. The response is so quick and it reads like they’re your friend responding. Best of all our Whoodle Sydney has never had any health issues and looks forward to every meal. Thanks TLC!

We started buying TLC Pet Food on recommendation from the breeder. Unfortunately after several months, our puppy did not take well to the food and stopped eating it. A brand new order came in before we realized this (2 bags - due to a 2 bag minimum) and we reached back to TLC to get a refund. They were good in providing back a credit however the shipping was to fall back to the purchaser. After assessing the cost to return the unopened box, we realized the cost to ship it back was much greater than the food purchased itself and we would have been out of pocket more money. Our puppy still loves the treats however after this experience we will no longer be purchasing from TLC due to the risk. Please be aware of TLC's return policy. I would not have ordered their dog food online had I have known this.
