Transmission Repair in Tonawanda, NY

“First time visit to Amton and everything was smooth! In my opinion Amton uses a great system which allows the customer to approve or deny repairs right from the phone. Repairs are explained in great detail, leaving nothing to question and if you have a question Amton is easy to reach by phone or text and response time is fast! I dropped my vehicle off the day prior and the vehicle was serviced and repaired early the following day. Amton was great and I highly recommend!”

“I am a older female that know nothing about car repairs. I had a transmission problem that I knew it was going to cost $$$ to fix. I contacted Bucholtz Transmission at 2760 Sheridan Dr.and talked to Jeff. he knew exactly what the problem was, and We were able to solve the issue. I talked to other highly recommend transmission shops that only talked about $$$. Jeff is a honest and caring person. I feel like Jeff is the only one that I'll trust with my car from now on. I want to thank Bucholtz Transmission for your service.”

“Matt were great!
Called Matt, there was a grinding sound coming from under the front end of the car.Matt had us bring it in immediately.
After he drove the car and heard the noise he checked the front breaks. There was a rock that got caught between the rotor and break pad. If Matt didn’t pay such close attention to the noise it might have taken him a lot longer to discover the hidden rock.
Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and timely, plus great pricing. My car is running with no noise. I will definitely take my car back if I experience any other problems!”

“I randomly stopped in as I was new into the area, after afew minutes into conversation "I'd found a mechanic". He's knowledgeable in his craft, his prices reasonable-to-fare*"Most of all", he allows me to bring him my parts & charges me for his labor. Both Ed's & his wife are down to earth & conversation is easy, their all around welcoming as apple pie.”

“Big thanks to Johns Towing for getting my truck fixed and back on the road! Their shop was slammed, so I really appreciate them fitting me in.

You can tell why they’re so busy—the garage is super clean, the equipment is impressive, and the guy in charge clearly takes a lot of pride in doing quality work.

The only downside was the person running things was pretty arrogant and seemed to be in a bad mood, so the customer service side could definitely use a little work.”
