Moving companies are out of hand these days. Not only can you not just get a quote from the website. They then harass you via txt and call until you block them.

We used U-Pack to move from Hollywood, CA to Rochester, NY, in Dec 2023. It was amazing, and relatively, easily the cheapest option.We had a large one bedroom apt to get packed and moved; two desks, a bed, a coffee cart, a kitchen cart, an 8ft sofa, a coffee table, a lot of books and bookshelf, clothes, a mountain bike, etc. and it all fit in one Relo Cube! I took apart and flat-packed a lot of it, to fit more, but still, we were shocked by just how much we could fit in one cube.The U-Pack website was a gold mine of useful information, even if you aren't moving with them, take a look! we are still using their moving checklist as we come to the end of our move.The interaction with customer service was excellent, they all seemed to be on the same page and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. The information provided was very clear about what was required of me, and the drivers were friendly and helpful.The cube itself was clean and in good condition, and everything arrived in Rochester relatively unscathed. Be sure to use packing blankets and straps to keep things from rubbing against each other and your things should be fine.If you are unsure of the amount of cubes you need, you can request more, and they will only charge you for what you use, taking back any unused cubes at no cost.Using U-pack, lessened the stress, and cost, of moving across the country considerably. I highly recommend it and would happily use it again. Excellent.

I used U-Pack to move from California to New York State. It was the most affordable shipping option to transport my stuff across the country. The process was simple, clear and was on time every step of the way. I had room to spare in the pod packing up 1 bedroom and some household items. I recommend their service and would use again if I have to.

Very pleased with U-Pack's flexibility and pricing. The contact at the freight company ABF in Buffalo was very helpful, yet the initial contact in Florida was a bit apathetic. This improved with the next person I spoke with. Short term frustration yet overall a great experience.

With the stress of a cross country move, cost was fair, anytime a question came up somebody was available to answer, and all dates and time frames were met. This meant the least stressful part of the move was all the belongings shipped this way.

Wow! What a move. I moved across the US and hired U-Pack. From the very beginning they were on it. They know what they're doing. That helped me a lot because I'm wasn't familiar with moving such a long distance. There were a few minor problems and U-Pack always answered their phones. My problems were resolved and U-Pack gets an A+ from this satisfied customer.

I've used U-Pack 3 times over the years for long distance moves and they are awesome. I don't plan to move again anytime soon but I would totally use them again. I hired local movers to pack the trailer. It's still more economical than using a moving company to transport items.

U-Pack was a great option for us for our move from Georgia to New York! The cost was more reasonable than a full scale mover. We didn’t have to drive a big Uhaul truck ourselves thankfully! The company was very professional and accommodating through each step in the process. We highly recommend U-Pack!

my family needed to ship our belongings to Canada and we chose to use this company. currently UPACK is holding our goods hostage in Buffalo for more than 10 days not and fails to provide any meaningful update. the agreed on shipment dates are long overdue.there is no transparency on the status of the package, or issues causing the delay. there is no realistic estimate as of then the move will happen - or if it happens at all.as friendly as their customer service is on the Canadian side, they are not helpful.
