Got a prescription sent from urgent care and went an hour later approx 2pm and was told to come back before they close at 9pm which wasn’t possible because of commitments to my kids. I go back the next day and arrive at 1:27pm (they close for lunch 1:30-2pm) and the window is already closed. I drive around and go in and it’s 1:29pm and the women at the counter told me they are closed. I said I was at the drive thru before you are supposed to close and she told me too bad as she closed the screen on me. I will never use this pharmacy again and advise people to look elsewhere.

I was disgusted how rude the person was that worked the Pharmacy window on 11/3/2024 .
I was behind a truck for about 6mins the truck began to pull off and it was 5:58p . Before the truck left the window the staff member turned out the lights and put the closed sign in the window .I rang the bell twice .. The person didn't reply ... The woman who was in the vehicle in front of me pulled over and waited for me to pull forward . She proceeded to say how Rude and disgusted that was by the staff member . She said it wasn't even 6p yet ... I am in shock how rude the staff member was ..

Refused to fill my husbands life saving medication prescription (with doctor approval) the day my husband was leaving to go to Europe. They lied for over 2 weeks saying the script would be available to pick up and was listed for pick up early and the day we went to pick it up they told him it would be 6 days until he could pick it up. The main pharmacist on duty today bold face lied to my husband or the people who work there lied for the last 2 weeks. If you have to get a script early because you are traveling, go to Tops pharmacy instead because this pharmacy is terrible.

In ALL of my years of patronizing this pharmacy, I have NEVER seen such rude and disgusting behavior from pharmacist Julie./Jody. I watched her make this poor girl jump through hoops even though she was extremely compliant. She patiently waited for her doc to send over a refill and the pharm tech decided to play God! She even called the police after the young lady was patiently waiting. I will be reaching out to the BBB on this one! And word of advice: make sure no customers are around when you bad mouth others.

Staff member who helped me was very kind. Extremely quick in filling my prescription - placed the order online on a Thursday at 11am for pickup at 3pm next day. Medication was ready for pick up at 9am the next day. Thank you!!!

By far the worst place to go if you want your medication in any type of timely manner. I kid you not, this is no over exaggeration, but there's a 50/50 chance that you will literally stand there waiting for a couple hours.You would literally be better off, picking a pharmacy in a whole other state like Pennsylvania, and making the drive way out there, and it would still take you less time than just driving down the street and getting your meds at this one.In short, if your looking for a pharmacy to get your meds at.....PICK ANYWHERE ELSE
