I was cashing a check for someone and it was fraud first Wendy advised me thank God as much as they haunted me I didn't give him a dollar of the money until I knew it was totally legit. She was so very polite and helpful. Then I met Patrick taking care of fraud what a wonderful human being also very helpful I am so grateful to them too now I have to leave KeyBank for a year and everybody in KeyBank the set a happy New Year and I said Happy New Year I'll be back in a year I can't wait to come back. I had a wonderful experience opening up my first account w Key Bank. The branch manager, Steve is fabulous and so is Patrick, the teller. 10 stars! This branch really puts the service in customer service! They get it!!! So happy, I found them!

Went in to deposit my paycheck as I do every so often and was told there would be a 5 day hold when i can go online and have it deposited the next day. Took my check back and going somewhere else possibly getting another bank. Just tired of the inconsistent service

Had to go in because of an issue with my account. Called first and spoke to Christina Ellsworth I couldn't give her the information she was asking because of a phone number problem and she was very accommodating and kind about it. She then asked if I could come in to fix the issue so I did. I sat with her and she fixed it promptly and was just so sweet the entire time. Everyone I spoke to inside the business was joyful and ready to assist. I highly recommended coming here.

I have two bank accounts with KeyBank and I have been a customer for years now, I recently called this Hoosick branch to resolve an issue and the operator was very rude. Completely disregarded my question simply because she doesn't "know me." I lived in Troy for couple of years and been to this branch more times than I can count. I was not asked for my account details, address, or even my name. Zero courtesy and bad customer service. Worst experience I had with KeyBank so far.
