I had an MRI scheduled for 11:30 AM on Main Street in Tuckahoe. They were ahead of schedule and called to tell me to come in sooner. The check-in was fast , both the tech asst. and the tech were really pleasant and good.

Upon arriving my wait time was minimal. The staff was very cordial, the office was very clean. Some areas of concern were , before you can schedule an appt you have to answer a series of questions which I found to be time consuming. Initially I could not get through on the phone for a couple of days. I received 2 emails after scheduling, and had to answer the same questions. Not sure why so many questions especially since I’m NOT a new patient. In addition I feel as though I was almost pressured to do the advance screening. I was asked (technically, email, text, and in person) if I wanted this service

Easy to get an appt only a week or 2 out. Very short wait for a mamogram today. I was in and out and the staff was pleasant and professional.

I actually like this location it was my first time visiting, close to my home and my job so it was perfect, very quick and efficient and the staff was so nice I didn’t hear not one attitude towards a patient even after two patients tried to be so nasty towards the staff

I went on Friday October 1,2023 - I had a 1 pm apt, the nurse came to get me at 1:36. The the Dr didn’t start until after two . Very cold and I didn’t feel comfortable at all . I would not go back again at all!

I just had a thoracic MRI! This place is the very best!! The lady technician was so sweet, adorable & reassuring!!! I will go there for my breast MRI because the care & love ? you get from the employees here is just phenomenal! Thank you for making a scary situation such a pleasurable experience!!

*** Be very careful using this place, Just received information from my credit card company Which I used for my copay of $175. They charged my credit card company 2 times for $350 But yet gave me a printed out receipt for $175... They have it right on the receipt, But not in their credit card machine, unacceptable...

I was checked right in when I arrived. I was taken right in for my appointment. The technician was friendly and professional. Explained the nature of the issue and when I would have the results. I felt I was treated as a person and not just a procedure. When you go to LHR it’s because you have a health issue and although the issue is my issue I felt they cared about me and I was receiving the highest quality testing with state of the art equipment and highly qualified technicians

Terrible. I booked a 7:30am appointment for mammogram and ultrasound. After the mammogram was done around 8am, I had to wait until 8:35am to get the ultrasound and the technician herself said sorry for the delay. Then the ultrasound was done in a rapid manner and finished in 3 min. I had ultrasound done at diff locations over the years in the city and in Westchester. I’ve never had such a rush one. I suspect the technician was late for work and didn’t get in until 8:30am so she rushed everything. I will go somewhere else next time. The wait was a waste of my work time and the procedure was done in a rush and not in details I suspect.
