Hubby and I love to work out even on vacation. We stayed at the hotel right up the block from this gym. We workout here for the day and I will state one of the best organized gym I have attended. Highly recommended. Hard working members. No one standing around looking cute, just hard working members. If I lived in the neighborhood I would definitely become a member.

The gym is in a great location, has parking lot, is CLEAN!!!!! Great lockers and CLEAN sauna! Is just as a retired pro athlete and 35 years as a trainer still blows my mind that an owner would hire a front desk that’s doesn’t want to do her job!The job os: Welcoming you, show you around and make the sale. So I am considering to sign up because of what the gym offers and how clean and organized is but not for the front desk service.I visited on JUN 3rd 2023 at 5:06pm

Great gym but terribly overpriced. As someone that doesn’t go to any of the classes or use any of the amenities, I shouldn’t have to pay the full $80 a month. The gym I currently go to is $40 a month at their highest tier, offers more equipment and gives me access to classes/amenities. It’s far which is why I’ve been considering switching but the cost is very prohibitive. You need to offer tiers if you want your user base to grow.

This IS a rare find as far as gym's go. I have been training in gyms for almost 40 years and got into fitness before it became as popular as Starbucks. It's a very rare thing where gym owners hold on to the "old school" feel of what it was like when the industry began, which by the way, had to do with camaraderie, support, education, and the pure joy that all of those things provide. The owner, Charlie, really"gets" that. The minute I walked into this gym a couple of years ago I felt like I stepped back in time before the industry lost its luster and became corporate. This is a place of wellness, peace, and for me and my wife who are both members, a place of pure solace and joy. Hats off to Charlie, Keith, and whoever keeps this place running and maintaining the feel of this very special placeWith live and luck,Lina and Billy C

Gym is clean and rarely busy if you time it right. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only reason I dont give five stars is because of the lack of racks. They have one squat rack that barely passes for a rack. If they replaced it with one or two actual racks Pheonix would easily have 5 stars for me, everything else is amazing.

Cleanest gym you’ll find in Westchester after the outbreak. While you won’t find Chris “the clown” Quomo doing single arm long-head tricep extensions with 100lb dumbbells, you’ll find a great staff and quality members respecting mask rules. ?️♀️?️♀️

160 days..no training..Thanks Governor Fredo Cuomo!!Phoenix opened last week of August and they nailed it!! I came back home and rejoined on 8/26/20.Staff and ownership are GOLDEN!!The big gym companies cannot match up to this gem. Gym is spacious and members are respectful of space.Machines are in great condition. Bathrooms are spotless. Thank you Charlie, Keith and staff!!

While requiring members to “Covid cleanse” sneakers is slightly overkill we commend this facility on their seriousness in maintaining a safe and clean environment for anyone entering the building. The front desk “guard” Keith runs a tight ship and is the man all women want and all men want to be like. We all pray that they make it through the next 4 years under the Kamala administration.
