On Saturday 6/29/23, my father age 85 was 2hrs, 59 miles away from home. He had a flat tire and broken window. After a kind stranger sat w/ Dad for several hours until I was contacted (I live in Georgia) and was able to arrange a Ride share for my Dad to get back to JerseySafely. Thankfully the Police in the area assured me that Dad’s truck was still there since Saturday ,they referredR&D. Ron with R&D confirmed the truck was there and he/they would help. ??People say that Northerners are” unkind”.NOT so in this experience! From the stranger who sat w/ my father, to the officer who knew who might help, to Ron at the shop, and the tow truck driver.My eternal thanks!!

Awesome place very nice gentlemen working there.. I went there for a flat tire and they went above and beyond to find the problem it was a very very tiny piece of metal and they found it.. Definitely will go there again.. Thank you guys...

They came to my house to tow a car that wasn't my and took they a few days to do that. The tow truck broke some of my stones. After talking to Rob and Frank many times nothing was done. They are not reliable or responsive!

Disappointing...my car window didn't work, a regulator was needed. Ok fine. So I agreed to have Rob fix it, which I thought he did. It wasn't fixed correctly so I returned, he said it needed to be adjusted. Ok so when can it be done correctly, call me to set an appointment. He dodged my calls and then had his employee tell me I broke it and he wasn't honoring his work....the employee suggested I come and speak to him directly, I did try but when I arrived every thing was closed...who needs the stress.So I would NEVER have this mechanic touch my car again, or recommend him to anyone...obviously he is does NOT know how to properly fix a window...which for a mechanic I would think is basic.

The guy showed up in less than 1/2 hour and pulled me out of the snow for a reasonable cost. Other tow truck companies wanted alot more. Was quick and painless. He entered my credit card info into his app and we were done in minutes.Service: Car towing

Fast, competent service. Didn't need a tow, just a battery charge, so they saved me $$$$. Polite, knowledgeable Will definitely use them again, but hope I don't have to.

I would like to thank R & D Towing for their professional job and excellent service on my issue with the flat tire during the COVID19 crisis. I am a hospital health care professional called for help and they assisted me in a timely manner with no Charge. Thank you again !!! I can go back to work tomorrow and be safe in my own vehicle....
