Rose G and Jacqueline are amazing! I couldn't have had a more professional or personal experience! Tim Mincin was very helpful in securing me a mover. Everyone at Westy's couldn't have been more helpful, efficient and fast at a very trying time in my life. I had a flood and had to move out and then back in to my condo after the floor was replaced and other repairs were done. They helped me coordinate everything so the dates would work and they could not have done a better job. You can be very proud of these employees. They really are refreshing in a world where superior customer service comes at a premium!

I highly recommend the Westys at Tuckahoe as it is very professional, friendly and clean. Rose and Jackie run a well oil machine while being kind and going above and beyond! Great storage spot!

This is the best Westy storage location in the tri-state area. Everyone here is friendly courteous. Always willing to help with any issues that arise, they solve right away and answer every question you may have. Storage facilities are very clean and well lit. There are always carts available. Elevators are always in working condition. Anyone that needs short-term or long-term storage this is the best place to go!

I have been a customer of Westy’s Tuckahoe for over 10 years. Sure there are storage places that are cheaper. Sure there are storage places that are closer to where I live. But Westy’s is the Ritz Carlton for your precious processions and cherished collectibles. Clean. Bright. Climate controlled. Wide hallways (trust me this is major).
Speak to Jackie or Rose. They are both awesome! They will take care of you.

I had a unit in Westy’s Tuckahoe for about 28 years and only gave it up a month ago. It was a very good experience over all of these years, always clean, well-kept, professionally run, and a pleasure to access the things that were stored. The decor of the entry area added to good feeling walking into the building.
I want to extend hearty thanks to the staff, particularly for their help while I was moving out. A big shout out to Jacquie and Rose for being so very helpful at all times. I also want to thank Tim for saving the day when my lock refused to come off on the day I planned to move out. He came to the rescue by drilling it off! The staff were always kind and courteous, and always ready to be of assistance.
Westy’s is a great facility if you have a need for storage.
