After storing our household with Westy Self Storage, Tuckahoe for twenty years, we are moving the stuff to the other side of the country. We wholeheartedly recommend Westy, Tuckahoe. The facility is super clean, climate controlled, easy to access and the good people who look after the place are wonderful and have been extremely helpful, as we have managed our account from many different places around the world. Always super responsive and kind. We only wish there would be a Westy in the new locations where we will be living. We call Westy "a luxury hotel for goods". More than five star. Thank you :)

I am a current customer at Westy in TUCKAHOE. When I come to the unit the two people that like to see here is Bianca and Rita. They make me feel very welcome and are always a delight to speak with. They’ve been beyond helpful in my transition into storage and I couldn’t be any more grateful for such a great team. I highly recommend westy to anyone because you just can’t do better than westy!

I use the Tuckahoe NY storage. Rita and Bianca are very helpful, courteous and always pleasant everytime I enter and leave the building. They always make me feel comfortable and safe when I am there.

Downsizing is never easy but Westy’s in Tuckahoe was the perfect choice. Safe, convenient, and sparkling clean! The staff are welcoming and helpful. Rita and the others did everything possible during my numerous rentals here to make it a pleasant experience. Absolutely recommend this storage facility!

Great storage facility very convenient to where I live. Very clean and temperature controlled. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the opening hours could be better. 9am - 6pm isn't that convenient for people who work. 8am - 7pm would be better.

My roommate and I used this Westys since the beginning of Covid. They were so nice and easy to work with on top of having the perfect size unit for us that held our things in a temperature controlled environment! Our things were safely stored for 2 years. Would absolutely choose this Westys again if I ever need a storage unit!

Rita has been the most lovely and professional not to mention helpful customer service rep I’ve ever experienced. I always loved coming to my unit and saying hi. The Tuckahoe NY Westy's staff was exceptional as was the facility--clean quiet, beautiful and air conditioned. This was no surprise to me as I have found Westy Self Storage locations consistently above the rest in terms of quality standards and service.
