    I lived here two different times over a 7 year period and would go back a third time if i needed to. The complex is part of many owned by the same group, but the staff onsite handles things with a human touch and they treat you like more than a signature on a lease.     The property its self is clean, and the staff are very friendly. My mother being an employee for this company, and speaking so highly of the units ultimately made me decide to rent here. I highly recommend this location you’re looking for a nice apartment, and a quiet area in upstate NY!

    My first year being here and I am really enjoying it! Prices are fair, the maintenance guy works very hard to maintain the property, very relaxed community. The management is prompt in responding to you and easy to work with.
