Laundry list of things to improve in the Cabin I stayed in; The rooms did not have a mini fridge or microwave. The wardrobe needs handles installed to function. The bathroom needs a cup. Please add labels to the shower dispenser. Grounds need cleaned up with some minor carpentry and paint. Space beneath the entry door into the elements was huge.

Disappointed. Stayed in Motel Room #4 - had a king and queen bed for 2 people. Carpet was old, worn and stained. Smelled stale. Room was dark - only one bedside lamp to light the whole room. Bathroom sink was full of water upon arrival. Trash receptacle was placed on bathroom counter. Shower/tub was from the '60's and needed a total remodel - could not bring myself to have a much needed shower. After a long day of motorcycle riding, I wanted to enjoy a beverage - no ice available. Next morning, found a small coffee maker in the room but no coffee. No USB's for tech. Hard to find an available outlet. This motel is not ready for guests. Keep driving. We found several lovely looking motels in town that were not listed on Google Maps.

Huge disappointment. Dirty, musty, stained rug, no Wi-Fi, TV didn't work, noisy, altogether a miserable place to stay. And did I mention dirty? Worst room ever.

The Bathroom is dirty the Rooms should not rented out everything should be renovated , would not recommend to anyone .

This was our first time staying at the Park since our honeymoon in 1985. The room and bed were comfortable and the shower hot. It's centrally located to everything we were doing in Tupper Lake that weekend and was perfect for the two of us. And the owner is one of the nicest ladies you'll meet. She has a lot on her plate but took the time to sit and talk with us for a bit.Nearby activities: The Wild Center, Adirondack RailroadFood & drinks: The Swiss Kitchen, P2's pub

The hotel needs some major renovation and looks like there’s been little investment for many years. We were in a room and there’s lots of potential here for a retro look but the carpets were old and sticky and the bathroom was falling apart. Upside - comfy clean bed and the owner/ manager (?) was v friendly. We would have moved but there was nothing else available.

My wife, I and our silver lab spent the weekend, was great!!! They were very accommodating, room was clean. Was close to everything we had planned. She is definitely a dog lover!!!! I would definitely recommend!!!

The lady who is currently caring for this motel is rude and expects guests to spend their stay to her liking. This motel accepts pets, yet she was constantly bothering my mother and her partner about their elderly and somewhat deaf dog and even threatened to call a wellness check when we were out enjoying the town. She told him he wasn’t allowed to leave the dog alone or leave his cell phone behind. I personally thought to call the owner, Matthew, however I have a new phone and no longer have his cell phone number.I do not think the owner would be thrilled with the way his manager treats the guests. This motel is advertised as pet friendly. This means the managers dogs will have to learn to deal with the fact of other animals being around. That has been her main complaint as her dogs have come to the window causing my mother and her partner’s dog to bark.I am not one for leaving bad reviews, however there was no reason for this woman to be blatantly rude to her guests and tell them how they are allowed to spend their stay. From someone who has extensive history in customer service, this is not how it’s done.

The owner lives on premises and was very helpful. The rooms are dated and need upgrades but the place was clean. Proximity to The Wild Center was perfect! Be sure to visit if staying in Tupper Lake. Everything worked.
