Save A Lot is a discount grocery store with low prices on fresh fruit, veggies, quality meats and carefully selected grocery items. It is a typical market, well stocked and clean, with very good prices and some good deals. The store carries a few unique local items. However, the produce isn't ever very good and the selection is limited. Some note the interior is not lit properly, giving a possible depressing vibe, and prices seem to have gone up tremendously. Shop weekly deals to make grocery shopping on a budget possible.
I love the Save A Lot store in Tupper Lake NY. It is always well stocked and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The prices are great and the quality of their meats is outstanding. The specials they offer each week make the forty mile round trip worth it.

Great market, it was well stocked and clean, the bathroom wasn't so clean, but their prices were very good for the most part.

Nice place to shop, The only thing is they do not have much in there desserts nothing much in there frozen dept.
