PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. If i could give 0 I would. Apparently this shop has ISSUES with the 7 eleven rewards app. I finally got my 6 cups and was going to get my 7th free. For context: I had 5, Got a Hot coffee for my mom & an iced for me. When i told the guy ringing me up that one of them would be free he told me "iced coffees don't count" i was surprised but honestly i believed him since hey, he works here so maybe i'm wrong. I googled it on my way out and he lied. he Charged me & all my other 5 cups were iced. Why would those count but not the free one??? Not only that HE CHARGED ME MY FREE CUP. i'm back at 1 cup now since i bought the 6th and the 7th (the free one) is now gone, yet i was still charged to pay for it. now my iced coffee (that totally doesn't count) counts as 1. I hope the 2 dollars and something was worth this review. No wonder this place cant get over 3 stars.

I really like this location... It's extremely convenient for a Slurpee run since its right around the corner from home! The guys behind the counter are a bit stoic; but are very accommodating when you need their assistance.

Since it appears that my previous comment disappeared. This has to be the worst 7-11 that I've ever been in. This place is in desperate need of adult supervision or someone who has a clue about customer service. Definitely need to teach those kids respect. I seen one of your employees get real smart with a guy that I know would've ruined your employees day had he not shown restraint

Employees refuse to take down out of date signs and should understand that the latest it is improper etiquette to make and dispute a customer's complaint in plain sight of a customer! If a sign displays three items plus a drink for free, and you purchase an additional item for $ 1.00 your purchase price shouldn't be 25% more then the actual price! At the very least an attempt to check the display to make sure it is correct should have been made! Instead they mocked and refused to at least refuse to remove the sale sales display until management to could verify the display was correct! It has nothing to do with the price paid but respect for customer' and verification that all sales displays are correct! This problem rampant in the computer age that people blindly accept a computer may be correct but failing to realize a computer is only as good as the person uploading the weekly data! If the shoe were on the other food, I am sure that they'd be complaining as well!

I watched how they treated a customer today who has a rewards and I feel it could have been handled better without making it seem like because you have been a manager for "14" years lik she blurted out that your correct . I've seen people get coffee for free and then other have to pay full price . Manager needs to do her job and make sure she's making everyone pay the right amount for belongings . Nor choosing who to pay full and who not . Coffee area is always dirty needs to be better .

Very clean and well run store although it could use some more counter help as it does get very busy at times and the line to pay gets a bit backed up.

Rob was very disrespectful and ask me for ID when the woman before me didn't have to show ID. He needs to be fired. Waited online for almost 15 mins. Hated it. The owner is giving false email saying sorry. This is why your employees are rude because your a liar yourself
