Half the time I don’t even have to go into the store - I simply text them who I’m shopping for, and they send me thoughtful, adorable gift ideas. “PSA owner is a friend and a relative of my son. That being said, I’ve been a customer for over 15 years, I think. Most of my dress clothing comes from this store. The staff is fantastic. The clothing selection is perfect. The prices are commensurate to the quality. And, when I’m in need, they come through. Big time.”

“I am expecting my first baby in January and went in to do a layette appointment with Sydney. It was the best experience, she had a selection of the cutest clothes, blankets, bibs, burp clothes etc. and helped pick out the best stuff to fit all of the babies needs in the first few weeks! “Not many stores which specialize in hosiery!! I was so happy to find this store and the staff are very knowledgeable. Places like these need community support to stay alive in this digital world. They were helpful and knew exactly what what to advise me for my needs. Got a headband too (they have hair accessories, bras, under garment shorts, and little girl items too)”

“I would like to recognize Taleah at the Roosevelt Field store for providing outstanding customer service during my recent visit. I came in to complete an online return and was missing one of my receipts. Taleah was incredibly helpful and patiently showed me how to locate the receipt barcode through the Children's Place app, making the return process smooth and stress-free.
In addition, she took the time to help me find the sizes I needed in the store, which saved me from having to place another online order. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded my expectations.

“This is the best children’s place I’ve ever been too in a while I was greeted as soon as I walked in and when the size wasn’t on the shelves the manager to the stock room several times to obtain my size when I went to the register to exchange items I forgot my receipt and she went the extra mile to help me find it !
