Used them for years! Nice people. I don't know what happened this time. I needed several things done. One major job and several minor. Left car with them while on vacation for 2 weeks. Said he had to talk to an associate about the major work. When I returned, he had my car another 2 weeks. Said associate was very busy. None of the work done, except a bulb change. ALL he had to say is, he couldn't do it. If they keep telling you to call back many times, go get your car. Two people I sent to them for repairs had negative feedback. I was in denial when they told me. Before this I would have given them 4 stars.
