Nicole is the worst. Just backtalk and rude, she feels what she has to say is more important than the customer, she can NEVER be wrong, she knows more than you, as per her. Just dealing with Nicole has made me want to pull my hair out. It's just cleaning, not science. HOLY COW !!! What a huge waste of our time.

I changed my appointment twice and then had to cancel because of circumstances beyond my control with my rental unit in the Bronx. The agent who assisted me at First Up Cleaning Services, Nicole, was extremely helpful, understanding, and professional. She made the entire experience painless. Thank you Nicole! I will be calling back for an appointment once my apartment is ready!

Just had First Up Cleaning Services clean the house I share with my mom, and the crew handled their business! The reason I mention my mom is cause even she was impressed! Kitchen and bathroom are spotless! They've got the magic touch or something, cause even when tackling one of our bedrooms, they organized everything so neat - where I didn't even think it could look that good! Plus the cleaners are nice, friendly and showed up right on schedule. Would recommend and definitely gonna tell my friends and family. Keep up the good work, looking forward to the next time I need cleaning.

We moved in a few months ago and we were finally ready for a deep clean of the bathrooms and guest room. The cleaner was super friendly, took her time, and everything was shiny and beautiful when she left! She got into the cracks and crevices and hard to reach places that I had been ignoring!

First Up Cleaning Services has been an absolute pleasure to work with.From the initial point of contact Ms. Green, who in detail, explained everything to us until we were comfortable. Then there's the actualon-site personnel which are courteous, professional, friendly and efficient. The building is spotless upon completion. Amazing company. I highly recommend this business.

Beginning with the site walk-thru, straight through to cleaning day, we were extremely pleased with the professionalism and politeness with which the team at First-Up rendered service. Excellent services. I called at 10am for a move in move out cleaning and they were at my door by 1pm. The tenant left the house a complete disaster and by the time the crew finished it looked and smelled like it did before the nasty disgusting women moved in !

I am absolutely displeased with the "deep cleaning" service I paid for. I paid for a rush job on an older relative's home for the Christmas season. The company required the deep clean service for the first job, which was understandable and necessary because the house was in real need of some TLC. I paid for 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and open concept living room and paid extra for the baseboards in the bedrooms. It required two people for the 3 bedroom, one floor apartment and about 3.5 cleaners. Upon returning to the home the next day, I could not believe that I paid $300 for what was done. The bathtub walls were not scrubbed and still had mildew, the corners of the rooms were not attended to, the kitchen floor was sticky, around the fridge wasn't cleaned, under the table wasn't swept- the pictures will tell you more. I don't see how, in any capacity, this could be considered deep cleaning. I called with my concerns, the rep only made excuses for the horrible job on behalf of her two cleaners. I was only offered a 20% discount on my NEXT SERVICE. I don't see how I could ever have enough confidence in this company to waste more money with them. So disappointed to have to experience this during the holiday season. What was meant to be a Christmas present, ended up just being a huge embarrassment and me going over their "work" after already paying them. I do not recommend. Invest your money elsewhere.

I hired these guys to clean my entire house to get ready for a landlord home inspection. They made my house look really good. The landlord was impressed and returned by full deposit. Way to go!
