I had engine problems (75 miles away from home and my usual repair shop) and found Gemma using the automotive repair search tool on the AAA website. Everyone I interacted with at Gemma was professional and personable. If I lived closer to this repair shop they would be my go-to location for auto service. They have my highest recommendation.

Tonight I called Gemma Towing as AAA failed to get my son on Seaford Oyster Bay Parkway, he waited over 2.5 hours freezing in his car....calling AAA over and over again. Gemma Towingtook over from AAA and had a tow truck in 10 minutes to my son. So much more of a reliable company to deal with. Thank you again Gemma Towing!!!Lorraine and Vincent

I broke down in Garden City while in town for work. AAA recommended Gemma's to me as a good repair shop. Being from Pennsylvania I was afraid I would get NY pricing. Joe called me before any work was done and gave me a very accurate estimate. He did all the work in 1 day and charged a fair price. Just picked up my truck and it's running great. Would have got 5 stars but I was surcharged 3% for paying with credit card.

absolutely astounding servicemy mother locked her keys inside of the trunk of her car and it took all the elbow grease we had to retrieve the keysbig thank you to the kind hearted soul that was sent in aid of me elmer is such a great guy and even went above and beyond to do so glad to see people still have kindness in their heart

I no longer live in Uniondale,New York but I really miss their service when I had trouble with my cars. Miss them so much!! If you have trouble with your car call Gemma for service and towing.!!!!☺️☺️☺️
