Used to be a wonderful bank. Member oriented with real people to relate to... idk what happened to this place over the last few years. They have become cold, incompetent, greedy, and 100% less personable. What was once a place that valued family and progress, now has no problem hounding people over the minimum and locking accounts during the holidays despite having been in contact with the bank. If you can go and collect on families for $40 during the holidays with no remorse, you don't deserve good people to bank with you. I hope more people will realize how horrid you have all become and move their money elsewhere. Shame on you Jovia.

Takes like an hour for someone to answer the phone and sometimes the representative is so rude that the ridiculous wait time isn't even worth it. Fix your customer support !!!!!!

Beautiful building I went to the headquarters I opened the simple account to cash in my change and I believed it would be a great place to bank well as I've seen in the past credit unions are very good for simple things jovia seems to believe that artificial intelligence is the way to go everything seems to be modern when you go to an ATM especially speak to the teller it's a little confusing cashing in change was nice it was free that's unusual parking is good but I tried to do some complex banking no one knew what they were doing it was very hard to speak to a person when I did go to the branch and wait for a person I did get to speak to people they took more information than most of the banks do and then they did nothing I was told I would be called back I never was more than a week went by I went back to the branch still nothing they wanted more information I'm a little outdated I had done the same thing 10 years ago a TD Bank and things were done in one day I thought TD Bank was horrible and I left them for another Institution not jovia if artificial intelligence takes over the world Jovi will be number one

I was very disappointed over the lack of communication and knowledge of some customer service reps I stopped reaching out Joseph passeggiata reached out today and went over and beyond solving my issueHe explained everything and worked with me to get it fixedExcellent job!!! DO NOT TRUST JOVIA ,and DO NOT TRUST ZELLE, WITH YOUR MONEY !!! I used their feature of Zelle to transfer emergency funds to a relative; who, by the way has Jovia as well as Zelle. It is now more than 24 hour since the transaction, a transaction which, by the way, should have been completed within minutes. This delay has further escalated the said emergency situation. Neither Jovia nor Zelle can explain why my hard earned money is sitting in Limbo.

What is it with this bank??? I just did a transaction with a teller through the machine. I asked for specific bills and she just gave me whatever she felt like! Went to the front desk and apparently they don't have access to give me the change right now either. I'm at a bank and can't even get change!!! SMHI just dealt with the mostunhelpful teller ever. She was telling me that I can't get a bank check for under $1,000, and that I would have to get a money order, when I know good and well that I have had bank checks made right here for under a thousand!!!

Don’t go here! This is the worst bank can’t even speak to anyone on the weekends or after hours. If you loose your card you can’t even report it lost because no one is there to answer your call.. you can’t even check your card balance unless you have your “member ID number” Never have I heard of this!

I had a very bad experience with a customer service rep several months ago, but I think that was a one-off. Since then, I have had nothing but great experiences with some of the most caring, friendly and great problem solvers at Jovia. Thanks Gail (Gale)!!! You proved today that nothing is above and beyond the scope of your duties when it comes to helping your members. Much appreciated.
