Been using them for at least 30 years to repair or deliver reasonably priced appliances. Just replaced my outdoor fridge and found the perfect one, once again.

We have used this business for service on our appliances and after today will no longer be using them. The technician came to our house to diagnose an issue with our dryer and didn’t diagnose the issue. Based on the symptoms that we gave both verbally when making the appointment and to the tech when he arrived they are experienced enough to know that it was an issue with the hose, which we found out on our own after the tech said the dryer was working and left. When we called to discuss this we were passed from Helene to AJ who did nothing to remedy our concerns. He continuously cut me off when I was speaking and continued to do so after I asked him to let me finish what I was saying before he responded. I asked what could be done and he said ‘we’re just going around and around, I don’t know what to tell you, have a good day.’ Where is the customer service? Where is the ability to come to a compromise? Where is the ability to help?? We called you for help and you didn’t do that. AJ literally offered nothing and said that it’s on the homeowner to know what the issue is. Really? How is that possible? We aren’t technicians. I’ve worked in customer service/retail for most of my working life and this is not how you should treat people. Never once did I even raise my voice because I understand how to properly communicate. If I could give 0 stars for this review I would. This experience has left us feeling so disappointed and let down. Something could’ve been done to help us even if it was just having a little empathy and explaining what we needed to do to fix this issue. Maybe you could’ve retained a customer for the next issue but we now have a vey bitter taste about the whole experience.

I have used national appliance to repair my appliances for 20 years. Their staff is courteous and on time. If your looking for a honest and trustworthy company to repair your appliances, I highly recommend this company.

Purchased a refrigerator - when it started to make noise I called several times and made appointments to have a repairman come to check it out. No one showed... warranty almost up... repairman sent when warranty up - wanted $800-$1000 to repair and then said would give me problems. Spoke with owner... he didn't have repairman'sc report even after 2 weeks...had another repairman come in - control board now have a non working refrigerator and it can't get fixed because the serial/ model numbers were removed. RUN!!!

Purchased a refrigerator - the product started to give me problems prior to the warranty expiring. Called several times and made appointments for service repair - no one showed up - nor did I receive a call. Went down to store - made complaint... they tyen sent a repairman. He looked at the refrigerator and in less than 3 minutes said there was a leak and it would cost $800-$1000 to fix but it would still give me problems. I called a family friend who was a plumber and advised no leak. Contacted another refrigerator repairman and advised the control board was no good. He couldn't order parts because the serial numbers were removed from the refrigerator. I spoke with owner and he advised the repairman they sent didn't send the report to him - he had no knowledge of what happened. The appointment was 2 weeks prior. As of this writing - no one from this company has reached out to me and now I have a refrigerator that I've only had for 6 months still not working.

Horrible company. I called this company to fix my stove. The Tech called me and said he would arrive between 11-3. He called me again at 12:20 pm and left a message saying if I don't pick up in 5 to 10 minutes he isn't going to come. I could barely make out the message because he was in a poor cell area and driving. I called him back roughly 15 minutes later and the Tech ignored my call. After waiting a hour I called the main hot line to find out if the Tech and was told no. He cancelled on me and didn't bother to let me know. This is very annoying since I took the day off from work to be home to be here so I could get my stove repaired. Beware before calling or hiring this company. I wish I had seen all the negative reviews about this company before I reached out to them.

Great atmosphere. Nice family owned business that has been in the area forever. Customer service was excellent and the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices have gone up but I get it everyone has to make a buck. Would definitely recommend this place.

Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Didn't rush with me. Same say service and the two gentlemen that installed the washer were very courtesy and professional. Took time to show how to use, both in store and in home. Would highly recommend the place.

I haven't used the appliance in the six years since my wife passed away, but when I looked inside one day, I found an inch of standing water in it. Long story short, the repairman found the intake valve was leaking, and since I no longer have need for the dishwasher, he went to the basement and found the appropriate shutoff valve, came up, spun out the standing water, and all's well. You might say that he didn't fix the dishwasher. He didn't. He fixed the problem. IL don't worry about harboring a mold factory, and go on cleaning my few dishes the old fashioned way.

i got a lg electroncis for 600 dollars after 2 years it went out and call them they tell me after 1 year they no longer use that company . then i ask can come down and look at it they said no, i will not have a problem is it can;t be repaired . if they wood had give me a little discount wood not mind spend another 300 or 400 dollars . tonite the unit in the rubbish and now i look on craigslist and got 2005unit for 40 dollars and very happy about it . it a maytag unit and lg electroncis unit it 2001 find out when i tock unit apart. and even it get 1 year out of this unit i be alot happy

Outstanding! Ray was terrific explaining the rear legs of the rear legs of the washer needed to slightly lifted to better stablize the machine since it was on a platform. The machine itself checked out fine. I just needed to pay a service call. He was on time and very honest. Highly recommended!

I've been going to this store for over 20 years regardless of whether I'm buying replacement appliances or just repair parts to keep them going. The people here always offer helpful service and are quick to help diagnose a problem, even knowing the customer is going to make the repair themselves.In a nutshell, National Appliance offers old school service in this screwed up, modern world where most people won't help out and are just in it for the profit. This store & its management stand out far above the rest, go there, you wont regret the choice.
