The coaches here are super friendly and very well-informed about weightlifting, and there are a wide variety of equipment and other opportunities to meet your fitness goals. I definitely recommend trying this place out.

Good gym empty most of the time but the pool is basically unusable sometimes cause its only one lane cause the safety swim takes up 3 Whole lanes which seems unfair cause I'm paying my membership to be able to use the pool and I can only use one lane , they tell you to share a lane but I can't swim right like that so If more then one person wants to swim I cant cause it's only one lane , it just seems unfair the pool is only one lane, like it should at the very least be 2 lanes . Also the hours could be better . Also they closed the bottom room and never opened it up again now it's for personal trainers only which I also think is unfair cause when I first paid for my membership I was told I could use that botton room then , out of nowhere they take it away . Apart from all that I think it's a decent gym but could be better with some simple adjustments.

Very spacious pool, super clean, hot showers, inexpensive with the leisure pass. It was our first time coming here and we loved it!!

I recently visited this gym and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. The gym is dirty and unkempt, with floors that are taped up and stained. It's clear that the amenities have not been well-maintained as you see the only positive review are from years ago The manager of the gym is also rude, which makes for a very unwelcoming environment. Instead of addressing concerns or questions, they seem to just brush off any issues that are brought to their attention.While the only positive thing I can say about this gym is that it isn't very busy, that's really not saying much. It's not located in a convenient area, so it's not even really an option for many people.Overall, I've been to many other gyms that are much busier but are also much cleaner and better run. It's disappointing to see a gym with so much potential fall so short. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for a better gym experience.

For $40+ you do get a gym that's not very crowded as advertised but that's the only positive. The locker rooms are gross, boogers on the table and wet hair in random places. After seeing how nasty it is by the entrance to the sauna/steam room you instantly know the inside won't be any better, and is the reason why you never see anyone use it. Only 1/4 of the pool is open to gym members as the rest is reserved for a toddler swim class which runs all day. You can tell by the feel of the water and the muggy filter to it that the water isn't that clean. You can tell they just clean the pool once a day, with hair and weird liquids found all over the pool siding constantly. To sum it all up, I'm coming from planet fitness where cleanliness isn't a big priority and you get used to it, but wow this gym makes your stomach turn sometimes. Only reason it's 2/5 is because equipment is always available. Just need to give the place a deep cleaning and it'll be a 5/5

*NOT A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT FOR WOMEN*I went here with a friend and she felt uncomfortable the entire time and staff did nothing to help. When brought up to management, they said "im not sure where you're going with this."Owner responded and said it was "not fair" of me to leave this review and to have my friend tell her concerns to the front desk. That is not a response you give to any customer of any establishment, do better.
