I went to this place after I was recommended from an unreliable source. I felt uncomfortable because I read the negative reviews prior which I should’ve gone with my initial gut instinct. The bumper was never replaced, the paint started flaking off the car after a week. I called to complain and I was told to bring the car back to the shop which who would feel comfortable after they found out that they didn’t fix anything regarding the vehicle. I’m going to make a complaint with the DMV as well and I was never reimbursed for the additional repairs that I made on the vehicle. The side mirror and cover on the passenger was never replaced. They got paid nearly $5K for nothing. I paid so much money out of pocket to go to another shop and they even acknowledged the lack of work that they did and also heard negative reviews about this shop as well.Services: Auto body & trim repair

Veronica has a great attitude and she’s very personable. Most importantly this place exceeded my expectations, their knowledge, accurate, and efficient. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be going back for any and all service needs. ????

Statewide towed my car from an accident. Veronica was super helpful and informative. She thoroughly explained the towing process and services Statewide offers. Retrieving my car from Statewide was easy with no hassle. Veronica even called to let me know when my car was towed to the body shop. Statewide was my vehicle’s first responder and delivered great Customer service. This was much appreciated after dealing with a long eventful day after a car accident.

We got stuck in 15 degree weather in a parking lot around 2pm, when returning from a medical appointment. What happened to call AAA? , a hose broke and there was no power steering. Triple A gets at least one less star as they said service would come in about 1 hour or more not 3 hours and 2 calls to dispatch later. Only 1 person can ride in the Tow truck these days we called a cab. I stayed waiting for the Tow truck. Near 5 pm this tow truck pulled up. Once there, it turned out that the driver was a friendly person who quickly and professionally properly got the car on the truck, assisted me into his tow truck, made sure I used a seat belt and then drove me to my favorite best Auto mechanic at Mike's Auto in Hicksville. Once there, he asked where to put the car down. As the guys were still there getting ready to leave for the day, they told him where to place the car and he did so with a friendly goodbye before leaving. In conversation with the driver I found he had 5 calls all at around the same time and was working it out from his location to get to each that needed assistance, along with connecting with other drivers to get help for all of them. So, overall if it is to happen at least it was a clear day, during daylight hours, not far from home and other then the wait, it went as smoothly as a situation like this could.

This is a fraudulent body shop. Beware and do not trust the individuals who work here. My car has been on their lot since 11/3 & still no word on when it’s suppose to be repaired. They’ve lied numerous times about sickness, parts, death in the family and it’s over 90 days without a car. Meanwhile they demanded the check up front ($18k) to be exact, cashed the check on 12/23/20 and I haven’t received a proper update. I stopped by the shop to see for myself to only find that they’ve been lying about replacing parts, production and timeline. They’ve changed parts not authorized by insurance. Photos are from today 2/22. They will bait you by showing you work done at other shops and claim they did it. You can search the web and will see no proof of their work because they outsource it. STAY AWAY!

Do not take your car or allow your car to come near their lot. My insurance paid them almost 17k on 12/23/20 to fix my car. The manager, Veronica, argued that the car was a total and demanded the check upfront. After 60 days and a bunch of excuses, I sent the car to Rockville Lexus for a second opinion which contradicted theirs. A 3 week job has now turned to 90days and they haven't replaced the parts ordered; They painted over frame damage and collected the money. I called 5 days straight to make sure my car would be completed as promised and the pics below show what's been done since 1/25. Avoid this place

Extremely professional. My alarm died unfortunately that caused my car to not start up. They removed the alarm and now I can get around. They diagnosed the problem gave me a fair price and did the job in a reasonable time.

This crew was fantastic! They fixed my car and kept me updated. It was a long wait to get the part but they kept me informed and updaated during and I am very happy with the service provided. Can't thank you enough for getting me back on the road the way you did.

If this company comes to tow you, avoid letting them take your car to their shop at all costs. I got hit with a $700 bill just for the tow and keeping my car at their shop over the weekend. Every other time I've used AAA, it's been free. Somehow these guys created enough BS fees to charge me $700 on top of what they get paid by AAA.Things like $175 yard fee on top of a $50/day storage fee. $150 accident clean up fee even though we drove our cars to a parking lot as directed by the police. Nothing to clean! $75 release fee to bring my car somewhere else. $175 hook up fee!?!? Yes, that's right, they charged $175 to hook up my car to their tow truck even though it was dispatched by AAA. A $75 administrative fee, etc etcAfter multiple arguments while I was waiting to get my car towed away from this rip off shop, I was able to get my final bill down to $300. I am now working with AAA who will hopefully reimburse me or get the rest of the money back from Statewide.I ended up in this position because the driver of the tow truck convinced me he would not be able to get to my preferred body shop before they closed. It was 5:20 and he said he could not make it even though it was a 40min drive and the place closed at 7:00. The bodyshop could not accept cars after they close so I felt like I was stuck.I found out after the fact that they could not charge any of these fees if my car didn't go their shop. They basically took my car hostage and created as big of a bill as possible. DON'T LET THEM TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEIR SHOP.It worked out in the end. I took my car to the bodyshop my dealer recommended. They wanted $3700 instead of the $4600 Statewide quoted me. Also, 1 week to do the work instead of 2 weeks.Seriously, avoid at all costs.
