The absolute worst post office on Long Island.. not only are they slow, everyone here has an attitude and issues when it comes to doing their job.. these people here suck and are idiots, and I’ll drive a town over to use a different post office rather than walk to this one

This group/staff, although in the neighborhood, don't seem connected... very antisocial whenever I visit.. no smiles, no eye contact, no cordial conversation.. it's unfortunate.

I visit the Post Office on Front Street, Uniondale, at 4:40pm on 2/5/2025 a worker at the door, he said his name his Reggie. Stated, 'they closed early today, with no sign at the door, about early closure'. Poor customer service and attitude.

Terrible. I haven’t gotten my mail in months. I asked where my mail was and I was told I don’t know. This has to be a crime. I never got anything sent back to my house. I even sent a letter to myself to see how long it would take. It’s taking longer than months!

Very poor service, the guy has a terrible attitude and confused. They must be desperate for employees to keep him. I asked for 2 oz stamps and he gave me regular stamps. It needed a supervisor to step in to check if they had 2 oz stamps. If you as an employee who works for USPS and don’t know what is a 2 oz stamp then you shouldn’t be working there!! Stick him to the back office because he has no right being in the front lines for customers.

Terrible customer service and experts at wasting time. They lost 5 of my business’ packages then tried to convince me that it was my fault someone didn’t scan it in. Another time, I arrived at 4:57 to drop off prepaid packages and was met by the manager locking the door. I tried to tell her I just want to drop off, but was disgustingly told “we’re closed” through the window. Don’t recommend unless you want to leave annoyed.

Most of the clerks are great! However the manager is rude and lately they will have one window open, while the line is out the door. Rarely, the manager will bring someone from the back and of course the manager will NEVER work a register.

I do not recommend this post office . The staff is extremely rude . Poor customer service . Nasty attitude. If I didn't have to go to this place I definitely wouldn't .
