⭐ 1 Star - Terrible Service, Ignored and Frustrated Every Time
I am beyond frustrated with the Walgreens Pharmacy in Uniondale. Every time my doctor sends in a prescription, it's never ready when I come to pick it up. Today was the last straw. I went to pick up prescriptions for my son — they gave me one item and then just walked away from the drive-thru window. I sat there waiting, completely ignored by the staff, even though they all clearly saw me.
I had to knock on the window just to get someone to acknowledge me. Turns out, there were more prescriptions, but the staff didn’t bother to tell me because one wasn’t covered by insurance. Instead of simply letting me know, they said nothing. I told them I would pay out of pocket, and only then did they tell me to come back in 30 minutes.
This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. It seems like if a prescription requires any effort to prepare, they just leave it and never notify you. The staff is lazy and lacks basic customer service skills. After today, I’m officially switching to a new pharmacy.

The staff were very rude. Medicine not ready since 2 days . They informed in a call it’s gone a be ready within 30 mins , but it’s not ready. The lady name was roxana at the desk .

STEER CLEAR. Only a headache when dealing this pharmacy.
Update: this Walgreens couldn’t fill my script for a week and a half, had all kind of stupid excuses, I transferred it to Freeport Walgreens (after an week of Uniondale giving me every excuse under the sun) and it was filled within the day.
Uniondale gave me the run away, canceled my prescription TWICE, didn’t even know until I told them and had to have them process it. Supposedly then medicine was ordered and should have been there in two days. Those two days came and the order was never placed. Same nonsense when I called on that second day, I’ll call it in so another and have it here tomorrow. Tomorrow came and it wasn’t called in. Finally then I called my Dr to transfer it, enough is enough with the Uniondale workers.
Point is - don’t waste your time with this pharmacy , they are rude, disrespectful. Hon, or Kathy especially, I was told that was her name (not sure it’s true) is no help, hung up the phone on me. Told me to look for other pharmacy’s. As a pharmacist YOU should be looking at other pharmacy’s or manufacture to fill my prescription NOT ME. In no world should I be waiting here a week for my prescription to be filled.
RUN DONT WALK. Go anywhere else… it’s not worth your time or the headache the consistently give you.

My sister bought 2 Visa cards and they scammed her it’s not working and there not working she wanted to buy stuff on SHEIN and it’s not working because of this store don’t go here and buy cards there scammers
