My experiences have been very different to those of others here. I've received two Covid boosters, a flu shot and a shingles shot, all very efficiently and painlessly done, and I picked up some Covid test kits. The service was courteous and quick, and I will happily continue to use them.

If I could I would not give any stars they couldn't put my insurance information correctly said I had the wrong card I know I have the correct card they told me I had to call the insurance I did just in case I verified all my codes we're the same as the card when I went back they didn't even check and said to tell my insurance to call them my insurance said walmart had to call them I asked multiple times if she could get the codes from my phone on speaker she said no and asked again to verify if she had typed my information correctly since we are all humans and can make mistakes she didn't check and was very rude didn't care at all CVs and Walgreens are way better at customer service and getting prescriptions ready they should be trained better getting medication doesn't do anything if you don't care for your customers will never go back

I've been waiting 3 days for this pharmacy to fill my order for insulin. They keep pushing it back day after day. They was supposed to fill it on Monday. It's Thursday and I'm still waiting for it. I don't have anymore medication. This is truly unacceptable. They are playing with my life.

I recently started using this pharmacy because their prices are cheaper. As many people have experienced with this pharmacy, they often say that the perscription is not ready. My clinic has called them and sent them my perscription multiple times and they still claim that that they don't have a perscription ready. Walgreens has everything ready within a few hours and the service is much better. If you are a new customer stay away!!

I don't think I have ever come to the pharmacy and a prescription be ready. Went back three times in one day for a prescription that they said would be ready in a half an hour. The pharmacy technicians are brain dead and the customer service was horrible. Wish I could go to another pharmacy.

Worst Walmart ever !!! No help you ask for help workers look at you like your there worst enemy talking away texting away standing around but walk up to them ask for help I quote " I don't work in this section" thats there favorite line so why are you standing there? Super ghetto super rude super lazy if you don't have to go there don't find another Walmart.

This store is a complete "Nightmare" to shop in. Rude stares & dirty looks from workers texting away on their cell phones seems to be the norm. The customer service workers are incompetent and too busy chatting to serve customers. Don't bother asking for help. The manager( illiterate) won't give you the time of day, and Veronica who runs the return desk is a nasty and miserable person who appears to hate her job. If you stand there long enough, you will hear her berating customers and talking badly about them after they leave. The place is a total wreck.

For this particular trip, as I don't frequent Walmart that much if at all, they didn't have much of what I wanted. Depending on what you go here for, you're likely to find what you need, I guess, but for me, they had little to no selection on the things that I wanted. I did find an alternative though, so it worked out ok. The layout and setup of the store makes it easy for you to navigate it which I liked.

I had a Horrible experience with this Walmart. I waited on the pickup line for about 20-30 minutes just to pickup a Nintendo switch game (Mario) WHICH WAS STOLEN! There was no game cartridge inside the box. So I walked right back after taking about 10 steps and the kid helped me out and said he would grab Mario for me but it wasn't in stock. So he then went on and told me to pick out any game and he'll bring me up front to customer service and they will make it right. So I grabbed donkey Kong and walked up to customer service with him, they opened the game in front of me the game was there and all was good but then a problem occurred when the check out/game swap happened. After going back and forward and explaining my story to a few people an hour and half goes by and the manager "Beatrice" came and did absolutely nothing for me. She offered me my 25$ refund on a game that's normally 60$ that I stayed up late and purchased on a cyber Monday deal. Thanks for nothing! She could have very easily just made the game exchange ate the extra money that the game costed and made a customer happy but due to this bad experience I will never be shopping at a Walmart again. Thanks Beatrice! Keep up the great work losing customers.

I would give this location no stars if I can. The women behind the counter was not helpful at all. I had to come back and ask another lady if she can call the pharmacy for me. My clinic called them three times and they still have not received my prescription. The First Lady told me to call my clinic if I would have went to CVS they would have called and took care of it right away. I wouldn't had to keep coming back. This is why I go outside my community and I shouldn't have to. Leason learn I will continue to use CVS. Walmart pharmacy needs to be and do better than the community.
