Great customer service. I needed to plan out a very long road trip. The Service Counselor was very pleasant and knowledgeable, suggesting helpful information on safer and more scenic routes to travel, with more sites to visit along the way. Thanks so much for all your help Jadwiga!

The collection of tourism guides and maps left alot to be desired . For an organization that made it's name on emergency roadside service and travel help , well the travel help , not so much . If the thinking is to just go online in order to look up travel information then why have a physical office and staff ? Now if the answer is many people still rely on paper maps and paper tour guides , then make sure the walkin shelves are filled with the latest tourism information guides as they come available . A business that is in the business of travel should not have it's employees advise the customers to go online for help . That would be like a bank teller tell a customer to patronize the ATM rather use the bank teller to get cash from or when the Thruway had the toll collectors hand out EZ Pass applications ( and look what that did for the collectors . ) I get the story of a shortage but to just plain not stock ( Due to a corporate decision inorder to save money and to expand profits . ) is an incompetent way to run a travel organization .
