I walk in one day with my beard fully grown and they judge me before I got to tell her I was there to cash a $3,000 check. After they saw the check their whole attitude changed. Terrible customer service

Anthony was very rude on the phone also decided to swear at me when I got angry.. been with them over 20 years he tried saying since 2019 idiot I use to bank through the ilion branch before I moved to utica besides the point , he need to learn customer service. Definitely gone down hill that bank has!

Everytime I've ever stopped over or called the utica branch their extremely rude. I switched all my account over to m&t because I was tired of being treated so poorly.
