Great service, the guy who works Nextdoor though, on the left, does great work on vehicles at an affordable rate. He replaced the transmission in my 330, replaced the strut on my mother's Q5, and was able to give me a better quote for my 335’s oil leak than other spots in Utica.

The service here was exceptional! They not only gave me an oil change but offered to rotate my tires free of charge ! Very accommodating and professional! I highly recommend this place the employees are fast and efficient and always get the problem solved !

Bought an SUV, immediately noticed a noise. Brought it in to get "looked" at and was assured tired rotation was all that was needed. After bringing it to an actual mechanic I was told it has major suspension issues and would need 4 new tires due too. Reached out to them and we're not willing to fix problem. Spent $4000 on the SUV and now 3 months later looking at approx $1600 to fix it. Don't waste your money! Shop around there are honest dealers around.... certainly not them!!

Easily found the vehicle I wanted within my budget and runs great, they are there when you need them and not farther than a text or phone call away. Willing to work with you to get what you need/want and continues to check on you and the vehicle even after it's been bought and gone from their lot. Continuous satisfaction.
