“We moved into Hillside Garden Apartments in May of 2017 after bouncing off a few places in the Utica area. We loved it from day one! Evelyn and Christine in the leasing office are just nice and professional people. They will help you out with everything you need. Rick from the maintenance team is amazing. He would find a solution to any problem you have. The office is quick to respond to maintenance requests. The complex has a swimming pool which is cheery on top! You can walk with your family within the community particularly when it is nice outside. People/neighbors are friendly. I honestly think that it is the best apartment complex in the Utica area. We are moving out of the Hillside Garden only due to a job offer in a different state.”
