If you can go to the new Hartford store, or handle it online: DO THAT INSTEAD. Staff had no clue about Boost Mobile services or devices. There's no phones or anything in stock. Store is basically empty. Signs advertising products, then staff looks at me like I'm crazy when I ask about them and says: "ummm, not today". What??? I asked about Mobile Wifi, which you can clearly see a sign advertising such at the front of the store, yet they had no clue what i could be talking about. And that was after I waited for almost 20 minutes while he fumbled with a customer trying to pay her bill, while he was pausing to answer what seemed to be personal phone calls. Not sure why this store exists or why anyone would go here.

Staff was not knowledgable of the service he had to look up simple questions such as does the service work in Canada and Mexico. He then didn't how much or how to do it. Boost may have had my business if staff was a bit more knowledgeable instead another cellphone business in the same plaza did. The store did appear clean and neat though.
