“My veteran friend needed help because he has Parkinson's but it was easy to go in show your photo ID and your military ID and then get a number there are seats available to sit down and wait.
Once our number was called, they gave us a cart we went around and took items off the shelf. There are numbers of how many cans and or items you can take from each shelf, there are plenty of canned goods juices, frozen food, in the even gave us a bag of meat.
All the volunteers were very helpful and putting your items in a bag. Although we brought two bags, they ended up giving us three extra bags for our food.
Just a reminder to bring your photo ID and plenty of bags for food. We weren't there very long, and they were very helpful and starting us out for the first time being there.
