Fast, quality service, especially by fill in Mgr. from their Rome store. But I am really bothered by so many adds while using my android phone- especially inserted adds in the middle of texting- as if sent by person texting me!!

Great staff member working there , kind gentleman you guys have , he is very patient and respectful and helpful , he didn’t hesitate to help me with all the questions I had . Would be nice if there were some cuter accessories tho .

Phone bill is due today, store says it will be open at 12pm. It is 12:15pm and the store is still closed. Been waiting since 12pm. I will not return to this store. Only came here because I have to pay my bill today and all the other stores are closed. Horrible customer service.

My battery in my phone exploded so I had to get a new phone, I believe I was ripped off. The guy working there said the only phone he had was 90 dollars, never paid that much for a cricket phone before. I finally got him down to 83 dollars with the tax. I truly think he ripped me off Will be switching carriers if this phone doesn't last long

My Sim card came out and I couldn't get it back in. Couldn't text or call for 2 days and my Mother was in the hospital and I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Julian was absolutely a lifesaver. She got my Sim card back in and didn't charge me a dime. You have a great employee there.
