Strongly recommend. Walking into PRIME will be one of the best fitness decisions you make, no matter where you are in the journey. The coaches are knowledgable, supportive and want you to succeed, the space is always clean and welcoming and the people are encouraging and friendly. The class sizes are small so there is a lot of instruction and the times are perfect for working parents. I’ve seen great results since joining PRIME. My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner.

I am newer to PRIME and love it. The workouts are challenging with lots of room to modify or push yourself further. The trainers are approachable and actually care about your long term health and wellness. Also, THE PEOPLE are amazing! My first day people welcomed me and introduced themselves. Everyone encourages and supports each other. I am so lucky to have found PRIME!

I love everything about Prime- the people, the facilities, the workouts and the coaches! The coaches give such individualized attention to each athlete- even in a group class! They know your strengths and your weaknesses and help you to get the most out of each workout. Joining Prime was one of the best things I have done for myself❤️

Here we go! I initially joined Prime in order to minimize the amount of pain I was in on a daily basis (lower back, hips, etc.) 20 years of strict ballet training had done me in and I was in desperate need of relief. Through friends within the community I learned about Prime and started my journey through my first ever real attempt at "fitness." Initially I was stuck in my old ways of stretching and had not worked out consistently in ~4 years however, within months of joining Prime I learned an immense amount about my body, exercise and most importantly nutrition. I started to immediately see results (mostly with reduction in pain) once I started the Prime ID program. Individualized training created just for me and my injuries. I've been working one on one with my coach for ~10 months now and have not had any large issues with pain and have noticed a positive change in my day to day life. I went from "throwing" my back out every other month, to minimal pain related to old injuries. I've learned that injuries may never fully go away however, now if they are triggered, the healing process is less than 24 hours as opposed to a week. The Prime ID program gives you the opportunity to work out in the gym on your own, with specific instructions and open communication with your coach for questions and concerns. I've had nothing but amazing experiences working out with the awesome community at Prime. I've met lifelong friends here and am forever grateful.

Prime is the best gym in the area if you want to see results. No fads here. There is a complete lifestyle focus: fitness, nutrition, and daily lifestyle choices. The staff is knowledgable and invested in the success of each member. The small class sizes allow for a lot of individual instruction. The other members are an amazing group of people--all ages and ability levels, and always encouraging each other. Prime is awesome! I'm constantly learning and growing, which positively impacts all areas of my life.

I have been a member of this crossfit facility for almost 3 years as of this May, and it has been one of the best decisions I have made. The global gyms that offer those low monthly fees never worked for me and never gave me the initiative or motivation to accomplish my personal goals. This gym has not only transformed me physically since I started but has given me new friends and motivation with like minded people. When people think of crossfit it's so easy to be intimidated by the workouts but every workout is structured around your own personal goals. The past few years at this gym, there have been some amazing new programs implemented that are oriented towards all levels of fitness. The coaches and the environment are a step above the rest. When it comes to focusing on the development of any individual in the fitness world the owner Anthony has the knowledge and/or direction to get anyone to their personal goals.

I’ve been going to Prime for two years and I can honestly say this is the best decision I’ve ever made. The facility has plenty of new equipment and is extremely clean and spacious. The coaches are wonderful- always positive and encouraging- and knowledgeable when it comes to form and movement. The owner Anthony genuinely loves good health and fitness! He always goes above and beyond to ensure that every athlete regardless of age, gender or skill level gets the most out of every workout. I’ve reached so many goals and have developed so many friendships- I would recommend Prime to everyone!!

After retiring from the Air Force, joining Prime was the smartest thing I could have done! This gym has such amazing programs for any fitness level and has an amazing family environment. I love everyone there and the workout have got me in the best shape I’ve been in YEARS, including my time in the military! Love Prime!!

I knew Prime was my forever “home” with the amazing professionalism and support of some really incredible coaches! I love everyone at Prime and will continue to be a member as long as I am physical able.. hopefully well into my 90s.

Prime: Home of CrossFit Utica is THE place to be for fitness! I visited a CrossFit gym years ago and never went back after the training phase. The coaches and members made me feel comfortable and made me want to come back for more. Anthony has a great team working with him. I'm not a huge "CrossFitter" but the option for Prime 45 is right up my alley.

I would recommend this gym to anyone - Any age , any fitness level. The staff is super encouraging and helpful! So glad I joined the Prime family earlier this year.
