Shane Angela and Jake are all top-notch! The service I have gotten from there is impeccable. Definitely make an appointment because they can get so busy you might be waiting around if you don’t. I have purchased Yamaha Can-Am and Harley products from Utica Powersports and I wouldn’t go anywhere else after the first machine because of the sales and service I get there rock on guys ride the wind and the waves!

My son bought a used side by side. The sales team was fantastic. They wanted some time for the service department to go through the utv to make sure everything was good. They kept it for a week and a half to do so. After driving over two hours to pick up the utv, my son drove it for a mile and a half and it was overheating. After calling service and explaining that he had to borrow a trailer for the original pick up and had no way to get it back there, they responded quickly and told him they would pick it up and take it to a more local shop (60 minutes away) to be repaired and bring it back to him. They picked it up two days later and the local shop fixed it. He was then told by service that it was on him to pick it up. Again, the sales team was fantastic, but we were very disappointed with the professionalism of the service department.

Great buying experience here. Jake was very helpful and efficient, especially considering I traveled from out of town to buy the bike I wanted. Made it easy and seamless. Nice people here and a huge selection of new and used. I appreciate the great service!

Max and Jason and the whole crew are awesome. The sales crew are always willing to help in any way possible. The service and parts dept are great also. They listen to your concerns and get right to work to address those concerns. Everyone there goes out of there way to help their customers out in anyway possible. Max really does everything possible to make sure the customer leaves happy!! Also, they have a huge inventory of powersport equipment and accessories to make your purchase more enjoyable. I and our entire family would highly recommend Utica Powersports for all your powersport needs. Keep up the good work guys!!

Paid 22k for a brand new Jetski and dropped it off about 4 times for the same issue alone. This season alone they’ve had it in their shop for about two months out is a 5 month season…. If I wanted these problems I’d buy a Jetski from a scrap yard and save $21,000.00 just my opinion.
