Sold my info to scammers. Just a few days after getting my car worked on here, I started receiving spam texts from 1-(800) numbers about my car’s X needs new Y, with the make and model. The ONLY way this info would get out there is if THIS service branch sold it. Absolutely despicable. Not to mention the work was over quoted, and after being told my car wouldn’t pass inspection due to several issues, I got it inspected elsewhere and it passed without issue. Go anywhere else.

I have only good things to say. They inspected my car while I waited, on a timely manner knowing I was one my way to work. I asked if they would remove my outdated registration and put the new one on for me, no problem. Very friendly, happy people.

Explained problems with car to Anthony, the car was examined, Anthony explained brake issue and cost of repairs. I approved and when completed and I paid my bill- exactly what estimate was. Anthony kept me up to date on repairs and was very nice to work with. I will return as long as Anthony is there.

Tallman's quoted me a price $50 lower than all other providers. It was refreshing to not be pressured into spending extra money on unnecessary repairs. We had an appointment in Syracuse, and they were very efficient to get us out in plenty of time. We paid the original price we were quoted. I highly recommend Tallman's.
