Always nails my color cut and style! Having short hair as a female, a lot of stylists tend to give me a military buzz cut but not Jenn! Gives me the feminine look I'm going for with just a few inches of hair!

I don’t usually post negative reviews but I strongly feel as though my experience needs to be shared so it doesn’t happen to others. I hadn’t gotten my hair done in over a year because I had a newborn and unfortunately really let my self-care fall to the wayside. I finally made an appointment to get my hair done, in hopes of finally being able to look at myself in the mirror and feel pretty for the first time in what felt like forever! I was beyond excited about my appointment! I had an appt with Nicole and she was very friendly and kind but she completely disregarded my hair goals and inspo pictures. I had asked for my grays to be covered and for some blonde to be added throughout my hair to add some depth and definition. I also asked for SUBTL and thin “money pieces” that framed my face. This is not at all what my hair ended up looking like. I asked if my grays were colored/covered 3 separate times and Nicole replied “Oh girl you can’t even see them! Look at mine!” And this made me feel very uneasy 😬 while she was putting my foils in, she forgot to leave out THIN pieces that would frame my face, so she had to go back through and pull out pieces from the front that were already bleached and foiled, causing my hair to get extremely knotted. This was the ultimate red flag. Then when she was working on the “money pieces” she went directly to my scalp, which I asked her not to- and she listened to that request for the rest of my hair but for some reason not for the money pieces. The end results of my hair appointment left me unable to speak and all I could do was nod my head and rush out of there before I started crying. I now have extremely chunky bleach blonde money pieces that start at my roots. Chunky slapped on bleach highlights throughout the rest of my head and my grays are still visible! Plus she didn’t even try to blend in this new color to my already existing color. It truly looked like she slapped on some bleach in chunky sections without any rune or reason. And she never matched my root color to cover my grays. To say I was upset and disappointed would be an understatement. I regret not advocating for myself and requesting that Nicole fix my hair right then and there but I was so shocked by the end result that I could barely hold back tears and I wanted to run out of there as fast as possible. That same night I reached back out to the salon requesting a refund and Nicole refused, stating that “I don’t do refunds” but she did say that she’d “try” fixing my hair for free. At this point, all trust was lost because during my appointment I requested my grays to be colored 3 separate times and I was ignored. I told her I wanted THIN and uniform highlights throughout my hair that added depth and definition in a SUBTL way along with a few pieces in the front that framed my face. None of my requests were made and my inspiration hair photos were completely ignored. I’m upset that Nicole refused to give me a refund, even a partial refund would’ve been nice. Especially because additional to spending close to $90 on my atrocious hair service, I also paid close to $60 on hair products! 😩 it’s safe to say that I learned my lesson and I will never return to this salon again, nor would I recommend any one have their hair done by Nicole Wilcox.

If you have never been in to see Jennifer or any stylist at her location, then you must!!
She is super fun and was willing to do anything my son wanted, including the Dennis Rodman hairdo lol everyone loves his new style and we owe it all to Jennifer! :-) The layout of her business is awesome. It feels super roomy and very modern. Everything about her and the location, will make you feel good about yourself by the time you walk out the door :-) Thanks again Jen :-)

I had a wonderful experience here! The prices are affordable, and my stylist, Rachel, was incredibly friendly and did a great job on my hair :) She was very accommodating (and efficient!) I will be coming back regularly.Service: Haircut
